学校英语配音活动策划方案
I. Introduction
English dubbing is an essential aspect of language learning as it enables students to enhance their pronunciation, intonation, and overall oral communication skills. To provide a platform for students to develop their English speaking and acting abilities, we propose organizing a school English dubbing competition. This proposal aims to outline the objectives, competition format, timeline, rules, judging criteria, and prizes for the event.
II. Objectives
1. To improve students' English pronunciation and oral communication skills.
2. To enhance students' creativity and acting abilities.
3. To provide a platform for students to gain self-confidence in front of an audience.
4. To promote teamwork and collaboration among students.
5. To create an enjoyable and competitive environment for students to showcase their talents.
III. Competition Format
1. Preliminary Round:
a. Students will submit their individual or group dubbing videos (1-3 minutes) based on a given text or scene from a movie, TV show, or animated series.
b. The videos will be evaluated by a panel of judges, who will select top 10
candidates/groups to advance to the final round.
2. Final Round:
a. The selected candidates/groups will perform live dubbing on stage in front of an audience.
b. Each candidate/group will receive a new text or scene to dub live.
c. Candidates/groups will have a designated rehearsal time to practice their dubbing, considering pronunciation, intonation, emotion, and synchronization with the original video. IV. Timeline
1. Announcement and promotion of the competition: One month before the competition.
2. Submission of preliminary round videos: Two weeks before the competition.
3. Preliminary round judging and selection: One week before the competition.
4. Final round preparation and rehearsals: One week before the competition.
5. Final round performances: On the competition day.
V. Rules
1. Each candidate/group can only participate in one video submission.
2. The dubbing videos must be original and should not contain any offensive or inappropriate content.
3. Candidates/groups should adhere to the designated time limit for both the video submission and live performance.
4. Candidates/groups are responsible for providing their own costumes, props, and audio equipment for the live performance.
5. All participants must follow the school's code of conduct during the competition.
VI. Judging Criteria
1. Pronunciation (25%): Accuracy and clarity of English pronunciation.
2. Intonation and Rhythm (20%): Proper use of stress, intonation, and rhythm to convey meaning and emotions.
3. Emotion and Acting (30%): Ability to convey the appropriate emotions and convincingly portray the characters.
4. Synchronization (15%): Alignment of the dubbed voices with the movements of the original characters.
5. Creativity and Originality (10%): Unique interpretation of the character's personality and tone.
