康复新液联合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的疗效观察

【摘要】Objective To explore the Observation on the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 65 patients with gastric ulcer from 2012 March to 2014 March in our hospital for treatment of patients, randomly divided into the study group of 33 cases and control group of 32 cases.The two groups were observedafter treatment of clinical symptoms, treatment for 3 months and the ulcer healing rate, Hp eradication rate, recurrence rate were all observed. Results Study group the total effective rate was 93.94%, significantly higher than the control group 78.13%, two groups of comparison, difference was significant(P < 0.05). Patients in the two group, research group Hperadication rate, ulcer healing rate was significantly higher than that ofthe control group, two groups, significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole triple therapy for the treatment of gastric ulcer significantly, worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨康复新液联合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的疗效。

方法选取2012年3月～2014年3月来我院就诊的胃溃疡患者65例，随机分为研究组33例及对照组32例。

观察两组患者治疗后临床症状改善情况、治疗3个月的溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率、复发率。

结果研究组的总有效率为
93.94％，明显高于对照组的78.13％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜
0.05）。

研究组的两组患者Hp根除率，溃疡愈合率明显高于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的疗效显著，值得临床广泛推广。
