现代新闻人才培养模式发展趋势探讨

【摘要】随着世界范围内信息科技的迅猛发展，新媒体的不断涌现，以及媒介融合趋势的日益加速，包括我国在内的各国新闻教育，都感受到了改革新闻教育模式的必要性和紧迫性。

在新闻教育改革过程中，总体的发展趋势是：培养学生树立高度的社会责任感，强化其“记者意识”；切实加强实践教学的力度，增加学生的就业竞争优势；解放思想，拓宽新闻教育的国际视野；顺应媒介加速融合及传播新技术迅猛发展的大趋势，培养“全能型”新闻人才。

%As the world scope the rapid development of information technology,the emergence of new media,as well as media fusion of accelerating the trend more,every country including China news education,are feeling news education mode reform the necessity and urgency.This paper argues that,in the news education reform process,the overall trend is： train students to build up the height of social responsibility,and strengthen its ＂reporter consciousness＂;strengthen the practice teaching of strength,increase students’ employment competition advantages;emancipating the mind,to broaden the news education international vision;to accelerate fusion and spread new media technology rapid development of the trend,develop ＂only＂ news talents.
