Introduction
本刀架采用高品质液压电机驱动, 高速、低噪音、大扭矩,换刀速度约为0.3秒.
刀架内部机构为日内瓦式间歇机构,配合精密端齿盘,换刀定位精准,在0.003mm 以内,并且可承受重切削.
采用近接开关,并且精心设计电子感应系统,感应快速,正确、保证决不乱刀.
高品质、无缺点,是本公司信誉的保证,我们有完善的售后服务.

HIGH-ACCURCY REPEATABILITY IN 0.003mm & NO
OVERRUN.
The turret structure is one type of the Geneva mechanism and the curvic-coupling is used in fixing between tool disc and the turret .So that the repeatability is controlled in 0.003mm and it is able to bear heavy cutting. NO COUNT ERROR.
The proximity switch control the count and excellent electronics design .For rapidly and correctly four Pre-indexing stations is stetted with a view to perceive.

5-1-3 记数式刀架电气动作Description of electricity
1.刀盘锁紧接近开关:刀盘锁紧时,为有信号,
当欲换刀时,按刀盘启动开关,刀盘推出,电
磁阀动作,将刀盘外推6mm,此时刀盘锁紧接近
无信号,同时由PLC确定最短路径,液压马达正
反转电磁阀动作,此时刀盘旋转,并执行分度动
作.
2.分度接近开关:刀盘定位时,此接近开关有感
应,且应调节接近开关在感应片中间位置,分度
感应为刀盘可夹紧用,刀盘每换一把刀,分度接
近开关感应一次.
3.奇偶校验接近开关: 为保证不乱刀用,刀号为
奇数时有感应,偶数时无感应。
换刀动作发生
时,如有分度感应器误动作,例如当刀盘应停在
一号刀位置,但刀盘却停在二号刀位置;此时奇
偶校验接近开关应感应,但刀盘实际为二号刀
因而无感应,此时PLC应处理此为乱刀现象,应
停止切削动作,并显示刀架报警.
4.刀具原点感应器:此为向PLC通知现为一号刀
位,当开机时,PLC应处理找寻一号刀位程序,并
予以记忆,以便往后之计算,每当刀盘第一把刀
感应时,PLC可处理重新记忆刀号为第一把刀.
5.刀盘锁紧电磁阀:此电磁阀动作,刀盘往内推,
即锁紧.
6.刀盘推出电磁阀:此电磁阀动作,刀盘往外推
出,即刀盘松开.
7.液压马达正反转电磁阀:此电磁阀动作可转动
刀盘正转或反转,并以最短路径之方向旋转.
1.The tool holder disc pushed sensor: During
the tool holder disc is positioning for which no
sensoring . But when want to make tool change and
push on starting switches thus, the tool holder
disc will be pushed .So as to sol. valve actioned
the tool holder disc moved our 6mm,for then the
sensor will action. Mean while the PLC will be
informed the shortest path after that the forward
and reverse sol. Valve of hyd. Motor actioned and
the tool holder disc will be rotated further more
to make indexing in the same time.
2.Indexing sensor: During the tool holder disc
is positioning and the sensor be sensoring sheet
must be setted in the middle. The indexing sensor
for which counting the tool no. and the tool holder
disc making tool change once as well as the
indexing sensor will be sensored once.
3.The odd and even number counting sensor:For
which to protect the tool change entanglement and
the tool no. is odd thus which will be sensored
so that the tool no. is even, no sensored . During
making tool change and the indexing sensor will
midsection I.e. the tool holder disc be positioned
at no.1 tool position but the tool holder disc is
stopped at no.2 tool position thus the counting
sensor must be sensored but the tool holder disc
at no.2 toll position no sensored. Meanwhile, the
PLC will mentioned the tool change entanglement
and stopped cutting processing. So as to displayed
warning.
4.T ool original sensor: For which announced PLC
if that is no.1 tool and starting processing the
PLC must managed the no.1 tool program and memory
for convenient to count after that I.e. During the
no.1 tool be sensored for which the PLC will be
managed and memorized the no.1 tool.
5.The locking sol.Valve of tool holder disc: The
sol. Valve actioned and the tool holder disc will
be moved toward inner and clamped.
6.The pushed sol. Valve of tool holder disc: The
sol. valve actioned and the tool holder disc will
be moved toward outer and unclamped.
7.The forward and reverse sol. Valve of hyd.
Motor: The sol. Valve actioned for which the tool
holder disc will be rotated forwardly or reversely
and those will be rotated in the shorted path.

T1:为定位停止位置,可设延迟动作之时间,以便调整刀盘定位时之适当位置,但通常设定为“0”.

动作解说(Explain actions)
1.Sensor A,B,C,D:只供刀位检测,不做任何动作之启动讯号。
1.Sensor A,B,C,D: Only check the Tool position, do not offer any start sign for other
action.
2.Sensor E:每变换一个刀位感应一次,作为刀盘停止旋转并锁紧的启动讯号.
当刀盘旋转至所需刀位时,Sensor E一感应,即控制刀盘旋转电磁阀断电,使刀盘停止旋转,并启动刀盘锁紧之电磁阀,以确保刀盘锁紧.
2.Sensor E: Induct one time for every tool Change action, it is a start sign for stopping
turning & clamping of Tool Dick. When the tool disc turn to the right position, once Sensor E induct, it will control disk to turn the cut the power lf solenoid valve to stop the disk turning, and start sol. For clamping disk ,to ensure the disk is clamping tight.
3.松开锁紧之确认讯号.Sensor 没有感应时,即刀盘已松开脱离,此时才可启动刀盘旋转.Sensor
感应时,即刀盘已锁紧,此时即完成换刀动作.
3.Loose the confirm sign for clamping tight. If sensor is no induct, means the disk
already loose away, it is the right time to start the disk turning. When the Sensor induct, the disk already clamp tight, that means the tool change action was finished.
4.SolA (双头保持型电磁阀): 控制刀盘松开锁紧.
4. SolA (Twin-head sol with 4 holes &2 positions): Control loose &clamp on disk.
5.SolB (双头电磁阀): 控制刀盘正反转.
5. SolB (Twin-head sol): Control clockwise/anticlockwise rotation of disk.
P.S: 程式设计时,应先记忆每一刀位之讯号组合,以供选刀之判断.
P.S: When design the program, should memory the sign assembling for each tool position, in order to judge the choice of tools.

动作顺序(Order of action)
[例:由1号刀换至4号刀]
[e.g.: From No.1 tool change to No.4 tool]
步骤1→Sol A 通电(刀盘松开)
step1 →Sol A power on (disk loose)
步骤2→确认Sensor F没有感应,Sol B 通电,液压电机旋转.
Step2→Confirm Sensor F have no induct ,Sol B power on an hydraulic motor turning.
步骤3→开始检测刀位讯号(注意:Sensor E于1,2,3号刀位时均会感应,但未到达4号刀位时,不做锁紧之动作),当3号刀位之讯号确认时,应设定Sensor E 预备动作,使刀盘转至4号刀位时,Sensor E 一感应,即控制Sol B断电,刀盘停止旋转同时控制Sol A使刀盘锁紧.
Step3→Start to check the sign of tool position (note: Sensor E will induct on NO.1,2,3 tool positions; but it will not act the clamping action before arrived No.4 tool position),when No.3 tool positions’ sign make the tool turn to No.4 tool position, once Sensor E induct, will control Sol B with power off, disk stop turning and control Sol A to make disk clamp tight at the same time.
步骤4→Sensor F 感应即完成换刀动作.
Step 4→Sensor F induct then tool change action is finished.

Safety precaution
1.使用本刀架前,必须熟读本使用说明书
2.在维修,调整,清理,拆卸,安装本刀架前,必须先关掉主电源.
3.试运转前,须将活动护罩关上,不可靠近,并注意刀盘转动范围,才可启动开关.
4.依使用说明书内提供的时限,更换符合品质的零件与润滑油.
5.请依照标准,选用电气零件及电气配线,零件清单,详如电控系统.
6.本刀架没有提供油、气压、液压、切削液及电力等动力源.
7.本刀架安装后与整机间的技术文件与使用说明书,由购置厂商自行准备.
8.液压、电气及切削液管线,请按说明书所列的相关位置,由购买厂商自备并固紧.
9.对本刀架,若有特殊用途或使用上有任何疑问与发生故障时,请尽快与合格的代理商或制造商联络.
10.本产品不对下列情形,所造成的故障及伤害负保证责任:
A.未依照使用说明书内的说明使用.
B.不正当的操作与使用.
C.未经授权,而私自将功能作各种改变时.
D.使用非原制造商提供的备品.
1.Before use the tool turret, for which must studied the instruction manual detaily.
2.Before making maintenance, adjustment, disassembly and install the tool turret for which must turned off master power.
3.Before making test running for which closing the sliding cover and far from the tool holder disc rotating range. Thus, start on the power switch.
4.According to the recommended duty running period of instruction manual to replace the qualified parts and lubricant.
5.According to the electrical standard to select the qualified electrical parts and electrical wiring etc. detail as electrical controlling system.
6.The tool turret is not supplied the hyd. pneu. And electrical etc. driving power and so as to the cutting fluid system.
7.As for the technical literature’s of tool turret and relative CE. Paper,instruction manual etc. for which responsible by the purchaser.
8.According to the supplied instruction manual descript the hyd. electrical and cutting fluid piping diagram and the purchaser whom can be connected and preparing the installed material.
9.If you have any question to the tool turret or malfunction of tool turret. Please contact us or contact your local agent.
10.If happened failured or injury under following condition for which our company will not responsible such as: A. The operating procedures are not according as instruction manual mentioned.
B. Abnormal operating and applications.
C. To exchange the functions of tool turret selflessly and under not to permissible.
