【摘要】目的：探讨冷藏和冷冻生化质控品的结果。

方法每天取冷冻管一支置室
温待完全溶解，冷藏管一支恢复至室温，两管同时测定，连续测定60d，一共60次。

结果冷藏质控品的TBIL，DBIL，LDH几个项目与冷冻质控品比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），说明这些项目适合冷冻。

TP、ALB、BUN、T-CHOL、TG、CA各个项目比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；冷藏质控品的SD、CV%除CA之外其他项目均大于冷冻质控品，尤其是酶类和胆红素差异很大，胆红素的CV%＞28.753。

质控品避免了分装、冻干和复溶等操作过程所引起的误差，所以
各项RCV%均明显较小（RCV%＜3），表明该质控品稳定性好。

结论冷冻质控品的方法所得数据的SD、CV%相对比冷藏质控品的小，稳定性好，可作为一种理想的保存生化质控品的方法，值得在室内质控时应用。

%ObjectiveTo explore the chilled and frozen biochemical QC results.MethodsEvery day he took the freeze pipe a stored at room temperature until completely dissolved,a return to room temperature refrigeration tubes,two tubes of simultaneous determination,continuous determination of 60d,a total of 60 times. smaller(RCV%<3),show that the quality control and good
stability.ConclusionData from the method of freezing quality control products SD,CV% ratio relative refrigeration of the quality control of small,good stability,the method could be used as an ideal preservation biochemical quality control products,it is worth of application in indoor quality control at.
