MC32N0手持终端使用说明一.常用快捷方式1.PDA死机后,热启动快捷方式:长按红色电源键5秒以上。
PDA开始执行热启动时,松开电源按钮。
2.PDA死机后,冷启动快捷方式:按住数字1和9不放,再按红色电源键。
3.屏幕重新校验快捷方式:FUNC+ESC键;在检验屏幕中不想进行校验,按esc键取消即可。
4.PDA发送程序快捷方式到桌面的步骤:a.双击桌面“我的设备”→双击“Application”磁盘→双击新建的“WXWS_PDA”文件夹(根据实际情况新建文件夹)→单击选中“WXWS_PDA"程序;b.打开菜单栏“文件”→“发送到”→“桌面快捷方式”。
二.连接网络步骤1.桌面右下角的网络图标显示下图1所示图标灰色打叉,即wifi功能未打开。
图12.点击该图标出现图2所示界面,点击“启用无线电”即可。
图23.点击图3中第二个配置项“管理配置文件”设置wifi的热点及密码。
图34.在弹出界面图4所示根据实际情况选择对应的wifi热点,长按该热点2秒以上弹出菜单界面,点击“创建配置文件”。
图45.配置热点有9到10个步骤,每个步骤都有一张截图,截图中没有说明即默认接着点击下一步即可。
6.有时显示已经成功连上wifi,但实际就是连不上网络,此时可以通过如下步骤进行设置下(如果wifi 可以正常访问网络就忽略该步骤)。
7.该步骤是实现冷启动后wifi配置不丢失的功能,一劳永逸。
三.打开DataWedge扫码程序步骤四.把项目PDA程序拷贝到设备中1.设备冷启动后,application磁盘下的文件不会丢失,所以需将项目PDA程序拷贝到该磁盘下。
2.设备需要通过底座及数据线连到电脑上,安装Windows Mobile设备中心驱动。
3.设备连接成功的标志是在电脑里能看到如下Compact的磁盘图标(类似U盘图标)4.在application目录下根据实际情况新建一个文件夹,比如这里新建了一个“WXWS_PDA”的文件夹5.将项目PDA程序文件从电脑上拷贝到上述新建的文件夹中6.发送pda程序快捷方式到桌面。

MC32N0MC32N0的外观如下键盘上每个按键都有两个标识,用黄色alpha键切换,来选择数字和字母的切换输入想输入什么键,只需要看下相对的键位上标的颜色,就知道需要先按黄色alpha还是蓝色func 另:func+esc键是校准屏幕的操作。
网络:一、配置步骤:1、搜索网络2、选择目标网络,创建配置3、选择加密类型,输入密码,IP地址选择(手动和DHCP两种)二、调试网络。
1、有时加密、密码、IP等都对了,但是仍连不上,有可能是802.11D的补偿协议的问题。
开启或关闭试一下2、导出配置。
保存网络配置成一个注册表放到application,即使掉电冷启也不会丢失配置。
3、查看无线状态。
分别对应:信号情况、当前连接的配置、IP情况、无线登录历史、版本等。
当无线连不上的时候,可以查看wireless log 查看历史信息。
4、ping工具如图,ping的情况,连接的AP,信号强度都能看到。
键盘可选两种键盘,一种小键盘一种大键盘。
两种键盘,一种是简键盘,另一种是全键盘Datawedge扫描工具Zebra的设备现在都自带datawedge,所以只需要设置就好了。
能设置的基本配置:扫描声音大小、开关码制、前后缀。
前后缀、回车等设置。
默认自动回车自动扫描,扫描蜂鸣声音设置完以后,按数字“0”一步步退出,最后一步点保存。
保存后,保存配置到application 选Export,导出配置。

连接和使用电脑显示器时,请阅读并遵循以下说明:● 如果较长时间不准备使用显示器,应拔出显示器电源插头。
● 如需用微潮的布擦试显示器,应拔出电源插头。
当电源切断时可用干布擦试屏幕,但切不可使用酒精、溶剂或含氨的液体。
● 如果遵守本手册说明时显示器仍不能正常运转,应向维修技师查询。
● 外壳应只有合格维修人员方可打开。
● 显示器应避免直接日晒,勿靠近火炉或其他热源。
● 任何可能掉入孔口或妨碍显示器各电子元件正常降温的物体皆应挪开。
● 勿阻塞机体通风口。
● 保持显示器干燥。
为防电击起见,勿将其暴露于雨中或过多湿气中。
● 如果以拔出电源线或直流电电源线之方式关闭显示器,6 秒钟方可再插入电源线或直流电电源线以便重新正常运转。
● 为防止机身遭受电击或永久性损坏,勿将显示器暴露于雨中或过多湿气中。
● 放置显示器时,确信电源插头和输出口易于取用。
● 请注意:在使用应用程序时请保持启动一个屏幕保护程序。
如果一个高对比度的图象长时间停留在屏幕上时,该图象将在你的屏幕上产生一个所谓的“殘影”或“鬼影”。
这在LCD技术固有的一些缺陷中是常见的现象。
通常在关闭显示器电源后,该殘影会逐渐消失。
值得注意的是,这种殘影症状是无法修复的,并不属于保修范围之内如果遵守本手册操作说明时显示器仍不能正常运转,应向维修技师查询。

GSTN3200控制器简单操作使用说明一、开机与关机开机的顺序如下:1、打开控制器背面内部支板的左侧主电开关(2P空气开关)。
2、打开智能电源盘背面的主电及备电开关。
3、打开控制器背面内部支板的右侧主机工作及备电开关。
关机顺序与开机顺序相反。
备注:①最好把主机的所有开关都贴上标签,开机按1→2→3→的顺序,关机则顺序相反→3→2→1)。
②关机时,备电开关一定要关掉,否则,由于控制器内部依然有用电电路,将导致备电放空,有损坏电池的可能。
③如控制器长时间不使用,需要每个月开机充电48小时。
二、消音在发生火警或故障等警报情况下,控制器的扬声器会发出相应的加以提示,按“消音”键消音指示灯点亮,扬声器终止发出警报。
如有新的警报发生时将再次发出警报声。
三、主机自检操作控制器面板“自检”按键进入“自检”界面的,然后根据需求选择选项“序号”即可。
四、火警的一般处理方法当发生火警时,首先应按“消音”键中止警报声。
然后应根据控制器的报警信息检查发生火警的部位,确认是否有火灾发生。
1、若确认有火灾发生,应根据火情采取相应措施:①把主机的工作状态调到“全部自动”(操作控制器面板“工作状态”按键进入界面选中“4全部自动”即可)②打119电话报警,通知单位消防主管。
③按照消防疏散预案,组织现场人员撤离;2、若为误报警,应采取如下措施,并且做好详细记录。
①检查误报火警部位是否灰尘过大、温度过高,确认是否是由于人为或其它因素造成误报警;②按“复位”键使控制器恢复正常状态,观察是否还会误报;如果仍然发生误报可将其屏蔽,并尽快通知安装单位或厂家进行维修。

通过操作面板上的按钮、选择开关、指示灯和颜色显示等可以对机床进行详尽的控制,也可以通过个人电脑来执行CNC操作、程序编辑和设定以下为一些常用电器设备的缩写ST 位置MSB 主操作面板SB 子操作面板CAB 控制柜PB 按钮SS 选择开关LS 极限开关PRS 临近开关PS 压力开关SOL 螺线管*L 灯1)打开压缩空气的供给开关2)确认电气柜上的“CB”和“CP”的开关处于“ON”位置3)将控制柜上的主操作电源拧至“ON”位置4)检查每个操作面板上的电源开关指示灯亮5)释放主操作面板上的紧急停止按钮6)设置主操作面板上的电源选择开关位于“ON”位置7)释放子操作面板上紧急停止按钮8)关闭绗磨机上的安全保护9)按紧急停止重新设置开关。
当紧急停止重新设置通过时,灯将变亮10)按主操作面板上的主开始开关。
(主气压、液压泵、润滑油泵和冷却单元将开启)按以下步骤来执行自动循环1)执行1-1中主开始操作步骤2)在手动模式下将每个装置调到它们的初始位置。
检查主操作面板上的原始位置灯。
(务必确认关闭进出活动护罩门)3)设置冷却选择开关为“ON”4)在主操作面板上设置自动模式。
检查自动开始OK灯。
如果这个灯没有亮,重新以手动模式设置装置的原始位置5)按自动开始按钮开始自动循环。

键盘上每个按键都有两个标识,用黄色alpha键切换,来选择数字和字母的切换输入
想输入什么键,只需要看下相对的键位上标的颜色,就知道需要先按黄色alpha还是蓝色func
另:func+esc键是校准屏幕的操作。
网络:
一、配置步骤:1、搜索网络2、选择目标网络,创建配置3、选择加密类型,输入密码,
IP地址选择(手动和DHCP两种)
二、调试网络。
1、有时加密、密码、IP等都对了,但是仍连不上,有可能是802.11D的补偿协议的问
题。
开启或关闭试一下
2、导出配置。
保存网络配置成一个注册表放到application,即使掉电冷启也不会丢
失配置。
3、查看无线状态。
分别对应:信号情况、当前连接的配置、IP情况、无线登录历史、版本等。
当无线连不上的时候,可以查看wireless log 查看历史信息。
4、ping工具
如图,ping的情况,连接的AP,信号强度都能看到。
键盘
可选两种键盘,一种小键盘一种大键盘。

Datawedge扫描工具
Zebra的设备现在都自带datawedge,所以只需要设置就好了。
能设置的基本配置:扫描声音大小、开关码制、前后缀。
开关程序
前后缀、回车等设置。
默认自动回车
开关码制等
自动扫描,扫描蜂鸣声音
设置完以后,按数字“0”一步步退出,最后一步点保存。
保存后,保存配置到application
选Export,导出配置。
Deskop autostart就是自动开启软件
查看设备的系统版本和SN号
