Hr配置比例S为总人数；
H为人力岗位数
H=R+1
R取整数。

当S小于100时, H为1.
当S大于2350时，9+（S-2350）/500≦R , 当S大于100小于2350
S -100 ≦50 *（1+2+······+R）
例: S=680人
则658-100 ≦50*（1+2+······+R）
11.16≦1+2+······R
11.16≦1+2+3+4+5
若满足以上不等式则R至少取5
因此658人的企业人力部应至少5+1人
例: S=2600人
则9+（2600-2350）/500≦R
9+0.5≦R
若满足以上不等式则R至少取10
因此2600人的企业人力部应至少10+1人
