摘要：PURPOSE:To provide the subject pigment surface-treated with a dispersing agent, free from precipitation of agglomerated pigment particles when added to a bathing agent, having mild action to the skin, giving smooth feeling to the skin by bathing and usable by dispersing or suspending in water. CONSTITUTION:The objective pigment is produced by surface-treating a pigment such as titanium oxide with a dispersing agent (preferably lauroylsarcosine sodium salt, carboxylated polyoxyethylene tridecyl ether sodium salt, N-coconut oil fatty acid acyl-L-glutamic acid sodium salt or stearoyllactatic acid sodium salt).
