三循环机制法
三循环机制法是一种关于解决复杂事务的思维模式，它提倡在解决事
务时，运用三个互相循环的过程：立足当前，反思过去以及展望未来。

首先，从现状出发，深入分析当前企业在执行计划时遇到的问题以及
可能影响计划执行的因素，并努力解决当前存在的问题；其次，回顾过去，总结及积累企业实践经验，以及过去所遇到的问题及其解决方案，总结所
积累的经验教训；最后，瞭望未来，对企业的发展趋势及未来可能出现的
诸多问题进行宏观分析，做出全局性的决策，为未来的发展提供积极思路。

另外，三循环机制法也鼓励企业及职员从“实际”、“理论”及“经验”三个层面思考问题，将实践总结为理论及规律，以及将经验融入到实
践中，从而得出更优解决方案。
