【摘要】Objective To analyze the clinical significance of oxcarbazepine combined with nerve block on trigeminal neural-gia .Methods 94 patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated in our hospital from February 2011 to September 2013 were selected as the subject .According to the random number table ,94 patients were randomly divided into control group (n=47) and treat-ment group (n=47) .Control group was given
oxcarbazepine ;treatment group was given oxcarbazepine and nerve block treat-ment .The general information of two groups of patients had no significant difference (P>0 .05) .Results After treatment for 1d ,3 weeks ,6 weeks ,NRS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group ,and there was significant differ-ence (P<0 .05);After treatment ,the total effective rate (91 .49% ) of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(78 .72% ) ,there was a significant difference ;after treatment ,the adverse reactions of treatment group were significantly fewer than those of the control group ,and there was a significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The ef-fectiveness of oxcarbazepine combined with nerve block on primary trigeminal neuralgia is significant ,and adverse reactions are fewer ,and it has the value of
clinical application .%目的：分析奥卡西平联合神经阻滞治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。

方法选择2011-02-2013-09在我院接受诊治的原发性三叉神经痛患者94例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n＝47）与治疗组（n＝47）。

对照组给予奥卡西平治疗，治疗组在奥卡西平治疗基础上采取神经阻滞治疗。

结果治疗组治疗后1 d、3周、6周NRS评分均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组总有效率91.49％，显著高于对照组的78.72％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；治疗组不良反应显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。

结论奥卡西平联合神经阻滞治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效显著，且不良反应较轻，具有重要临床价值。
