临床路径式教学在心胸科临床实习教学中的应用

【摘要】Objective To investigate clinical pathway teaching method in clinical practice teaching of cardiothoracic surgery, and evaluate its effect. Methods 40 cases of cardiothoracic surgery internship of clinical medical professional undergraduate students was chosen as the object of study, were randomly divided into experimental group (n=20) and the control group (n=20) and the control group by the traditional teaching methods of teaching practice, the experimental group using the teaching method of clinical pathway and practice after the end of the uniifed examination, examination content including theoretical knowledge, clinical practice medical record analysis, compared with two groups of clinical practice teaching effect. ResultsThe basic theory score, clinical operation and clinical case analysis score in experimental group respectively were obviously higher than that in control group, There were signiifcant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The CP teaching method can improve the clinical medical undergraduate of cardiothoracic surgery practice teaching effect, improve ability of student’analysis and solving clinical problem.%目的：探讨分析临床路径式教学法在心胸外科临床实习教学中的教学效果。

方法以40名进入心胸外科实习的临床医学专业本科学生为
研究对象，随机分为实验组（20人）与对照组（20人），对照组采用传统带教方法进行实习带教，实验组采用临床路径式教学，实习结束后统一进行考试，考试内容包括理论知识，临床实践操作，病案分析，比较两组的临床实习带教的效果。

结果实验组理论成绩，临床实践操作，案例分析能力均高于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论临床路径式教学法能提高临床医学专业本科生心胸外科实习教学效果，提高学生分析和解决临床问题的能力。
