一、教学目标:
1、知识目标:
(1)能够听懂、会说、认读与学习生活相关的单词:breakfast, lunch, dinner, music class, P.E. class, English class.
(2)能够听懂会说日常交际用语,并能熟练回答: What time is it? It’s …o’clock. It’s time for…
2、技能目标:
(1)学会表达时间的句子, 如What time is it? It’s …o’clock. It’s time for…并能在现实生活中灵活表述时间和时间相关的日常活动。

(2) 能够听懂并发出一些指令,如:Time for breakfast.Drink some milk.
3、情感策略目标:
(1)激发学生的英语学习兴趣,培养良好的英语学习习惯。

(2)培养学生严格的时间观念,养成守时、珍惜时间的好习惯。

(3)注重合作学习与实践活动。

二、教学重点和难点
1、本课时需重点掌握三餐和三节课程的英文名称。

2、本课时难点是对新句型What time is it? It’s nine o’clock. It’s time for ……的理解和运用。

三、教学准备
教师准备与本课时相关图片、黑板磁贴、钟表模型及课件。

四、教学过程:
Step 1:Warm-up
1.Sing a song:《It’s Twelve o’clock》
2. Revision
(1)头脑风暴
T: Tick, tock, tick, tock. What time is it?
(教师手指歌曲最后的定格时间)
Ss: It’s 12 o’clock.
T: Good! Tick, tock, tick, tock. What time is it now?
(教师手指钟表模型上的定格时间)
Ss: It’s 9 o’clock.
T: Yes. It’s time for our English class. First, let’s review some words and sentences. Ready?
Ss: Go.(学生随音乐快速大声的喊出所学习过的于本节课有关的词句)
(2)Guessing game
T: Tick, tock, tick, tock. What time is it?(课件出示一个钟表)
S1: It’s six o’clock.(课件出示句型,一生回答后,其他学生跟读)
T: What time is it?
S2: It’s eight o’clock.(课件出示本组句型,一生回答后,其他学生齐读)
T: What time is it? Can you guess?(课件出示被遮住时间的钟表,让学生猜)
S1: It’s 7 o’clock.
T: May be. Who can guess in pairs?
S3: What time is it?
S4: It’s 5 o’clock.
T: May be. What else?
S5: What time is it?
S6: It’s 3 o’clock.
(设计意图:通过歌曲让学生进入学习英语的良好状态,同时对于本节课相关的词句进行了复习和练习,为新授知识“时间的表达”作了很好的铺垫。


Step 2: Presentation
1.Lead-in
(1)出示L et’s learn图
T: Who are they?
Ss: Zhang Peng and John.
T: Yes. They are talking about John’s day. Listen!
(2)出示J ohn’s day时间表格
T: Look at the timetable about John’s day. You read the time, I read the activities.
Ss: 7 o’clock.
T: Breakfast.
Ss: 9 o’clock.
T: English class.
T: Good, let’s go through it one by one.
(设计意图:分别以图画和表格的形式,直接呈现本节课的内容,让学生对本节课的学习内容先有整体的输入,通过整体呈现引出新知,自然巧妙的呈现出与本课所学习的词组。


2.Teach:breakfast
T: What time is it?
Ss: It’s 7 o’clock.
T: It’s time for breakfast.(课件出示)
Breakfast,breakfast. I t’s time for breakfast.(打节拍领读)
Ss:Breakfast,breakfast. I t’s time for breakfast.
T: Show me your finger,spell it.(学生书空拼读,教师板书)
Ss:b-r-e-a-k-f-a-s-t,breakfast.
T: It’s7 o’clock. I t’s time for breakfast. (课件出示)

T: Who can read?

T: It’s time for …….(课件出示English class,让学生自己读出来)

T: Look! It’s 2 o’clock. It’s time for …….(课件出示John上音乐课的图片)

6.Teach:PE class
T&Ss: Look! It’s 3 o’clock. It’s time for PE class.(课件出示John上体育课的图片,引导学生一起说出句子)

(设计意图:以What time is it?引出新学单词,始终将时间与lunch, dinner, music class 等单词融合在一起,这样既通过旧知引出了新知,也达到了在学习新知的过程中进一步巩固旧知的目的。

另外,在呈现新知的过程中加入L et’s do,增加了语言输入量的同时,也做到了融合语言知识,整合教材的目的)

(设计意图: Zhang Peng’s timetable这种运用性的交流活动使学生有机会表现出运用英语的潜力,同时很好的拓展了本节课时间的表达,为下节内容做了很好的铺垫。


2、Write and say
(设计意图:由J ohn’s day 的学习到Zhang Peng’s day 的练习巩固,再到现在的My day 的写与说,真正落实到语言的输出和运用上,从而达到学以致用的目的)
3、情感提升
(1)Time flies.
(2) Time has wings.
(3)Time is gold,money can’t buy time.
T: We need to make a suitable timetable. And arrange the work and rest time.我们需要合理的安排自己作息时间。

(设计意图:英语谚语渗透了珍惜时间,合理安排的情感教育。
