2012-2013 八年级下学期期末考质量分析 英语
2012-2013 学年八年级期末考质量分析英语组陈莲本次考试，总分150分，年段平均分95.66，各班级比较平行。
下面对各大题的得分情况进行分析。
听力题得分均分为19分，这个分数比较低。
客观原因是听力录音不如以前所听周报的清晰，学生不大适应。
主观的原因是这学期由于减负少了早读的带读时间，有一部分学生对于单词的读音不熟，而且平常的听力训练也较往常减少了。
听力填词题失分最严重，尤其是71题的programs，年段答对的不超过30人，很多人写成了problems，这说明学生没有根据上下文去筛选答案。
单选题共13题，有7题得分60%一下，而且这些题是平常练习中经常强调的点。
一是部分学生惯性思维，没有认真审题。
二是平常强调的点，学生没有认真掌握和理解，没有弄清为什么。
完型题由于词汇量较大，因此十分也较多。
阅读题均分位34分，主要失分在主旨题，综合题，还有部分学生没有认真审题，比如55两本没有看到，都以为是一本。
总体来说与前几次相比有较大的进步，大部分同学都能写出一个有明确中心，语意连贯的语段，但在改卷的过程也发现学生的基本功不够扎实，如receive和feel这两个词的完成情况并不容易乐观。
很多同学把feel和fell混在一起，这表明平时的单词背诵还需加强，类似拼写的常用词要加强区分。
在改卷的过程中中式英语的现象仍很明显，一个句子中同时出现多个动词的现象并不少见。
在接下去的一段时间里，一方面要加强单词的拼写，另一方面要在写作上尽量杜绝中式英语的出现。
短文写作分析平均分7.5分与中考短文写作均分接近学生在写作方面审题不全面，要点不全，特别是要点3，有较多学生没有写从兴趣爱好中得到的收获；其次，段落层次不分明；有部分学生卷面欠整洁，乱涂乱画。
措施：1.加强集体备课，发挥集体智慧。
2．狠抓基础知识和基本技能。
重视词汇教学，注重单词、短语的听写和背诵。
每个单元的基础知识那张必须让学生过关，一次不行两次，两次不行三次。

2012-2013英语下学期教学计划
2012-2013学年度第二学期初一英语教学计划新的学期开始了，为了贯彻和拓展青州市教研室本学期的英语教学工作的思路，抓好单词过关和阅读能力的培养，特作计划如下：一、全册教材分析本学期初一英语使用修订后的外研版教材，从学生学习的实际出发，补充设计了丰富而科学的学习内容和活动。
教材遵循初中生认知发展的规律，由日常生活中设计失物招领，生活技能的语言开始，等话题。
本套教材按教学模块组织教材，目的是总结小学阶段教材中出现的语言知识，帮助学生有效实现从小学到初中英语小学过渡，共14个模块，其中包括2个复习模块。
每个模块包括三个单元，一、二单元呈现新的语言内容，以培养学生的听说能力为主，兼顾读、写，并包括词汇、语法、语音学习活动，以培养学生的读、写能力为主，兼顾听、说，并包括词汇、语法学习活动，为学生提供更丰富的语境和语言训练机会。
第三单元是联系与活动，即语言练习、巩固单元，要求学生巩固、练习本模块所学语言结构与词汇及听、说、读、写技能等。
