申请工程硕士专业学位论文答辩程序及有关要求
一、答辩时间：
学校每年组织两次学位论文答辩，分别于每年的2月底～3月中旬、6月中上旬进行。

二、工程硕士专业学位论文答辩前后各阶段流程
1.检查课程学习、科研论文成果及学术论文发表情况
进入最后一学年，工程硕士研究生本人要认真按培养方案检查是否已全部完成课程学习，所修学分是否满足学科培养方案的要求。

按照各专业培养方案的要求检查是否满足所有必修环节及科研论文成果及学术论文发表的要求。

完成个人培养计划、满足学科培养方案要求的硕士研究生，可以向研究生院领取研究生课程成绩单（申请领取成绩单需本人提前两周与研究生院培养办电话联系），并可以提出硕士学位论文答辩申请。

学校每年分两批定期进行硕士生论文答辩及学位授予的有关工作。

2.完成论文初稿
至少在答辩前五周应完成学位论文初稿，由指导教师对论文的总体结构、内容、水平和论文格式进行审查把关，决定是否同意申请答辩。

学位论文的撰写请参照《华北电力大学硕士学位论文的撰写及打印格式的统一要求》。

3.论文格式审查
经导师同意申请论文答辩的研究生，至少于答辩前四周向所在院（系）研究生主管部门提出答辩申请。

由各院（系）主管研究生工作的院长或主任负责安排对论文格式进行审查。

论文格式合格后填写论文评审及答辩材料，请从研究生院网上下载“工程硕士学位论文答辩及学位审批材料”。

4.申请答辩
携带“工程硕士研究生课程成绩单”和“工程硕士学位论文答辩申请书”以及在学期间发表论文复印件到各院系审查。

由各院系研究生教学秘书将各系申请答辩的申请书及成绩单汇总一起交培养办公室审批。

5.学科专业负责人审批，并拟订论文评阅人与答辩委员会成员
同意申请答辩后，由导师会同教研室共同确定“工程硕士学位论文答辩委员会及评阅人审批表”，拟订聘请答辩委员会成员和论文评阅人（参见论文评阅要求和答辩委员会组成），报请系学位评定分委员会批准后，由各院系研究生教学秘书交研究生院（筹）审批。

研究生院审批盖章后返回给各院系研究生教学秘书。

以上审核过的表格都会返回给各院系，工程硕士向各院系研究生教学秘书索取并必须保存好，答辩后归档用。

6.论文保密的审查
对工程硕士学位论文应进行保密审查。

审查工作由工程硕士生所在工作单位（或论文课题单位）的保密负责人审定密级并签字。

当论文被确定为涉密研究生学位论文时，研究生应在导师指导下，分别写成正本和副本两个部分。

论文正本内容可以公开，可用于送审评阅、论文答辩和正常报送材料。

论文副本在封面右上角注明具体密级和保密期限，按《华北电力大学涉密研究生毕业（学位）论文管理办法》处理。

7.论文评阅
至少于答辩前一个月将学位论文（含涉密学位论文正本）送三位专家和指导教师评阅，在答辩前10天收回评阅意见。

答辩秘书到各系研究生教学秘书处对“评阅人聘书”盖章，并送审论文进行评阅。

需注意：在“工程硕士学位论文评阅意见书”中的工程硕士生姓名、论文题目写清楚后，再寄送给评阅人。

8.学位评定分委员会主席审批
收到同意答辩的评阅意见后，可准备答辩。

答辩前至少一周将学位审批材料（包括导师和评阅人的评阅意见、答辩委员会组成名单等）送所在学科学位评定分委员会主席审批。

9.准备答辩
答辩秘书携带“答辩委员聘书”和“工程硕士学位论文答辩表决票”到系研究生秘书处加盖公章；答辩前两星期将论文或中文摘要交到答辩委员手中；进行预答辩并做好记录；答辩前三日将答辩时间、地点书面通知系办公室及研究生院（筹）培养办公室，并在学校橱窗及各系部橱窗里自行张贴公告。

10.答辩
按照论文答辩程序进行学位论文公开答辩。

11.上网报盘及报送材料
参见“答辩后报送材料说明”。

三、学位论文的评阅的要求
论文答辩前一个月，将论文送到三位熟悉该论文内容的具有高级专业技术职务的专家进行评阅，其中必须有一位是学校和学生单位以外的专家。

在收到评阅人同意答辩的意见后，方可申请论文答辩。

当评阅人意见不一致时，若两名论文评阅人同意，一名论文评阅人不同意，则由学位评定分委员会决定是否可以进行学位论文答辩；如两名论文评阅人不同意，则不能答辩，可修改论文后重新申请。

评阅人对论文应进行认真审查，实事求是地写出学术评语，并在收到论文一个月内将评语送交或邮寄到我校研究生培养部门。

四、学位论文答辩委员会的组成工程硕士学位论文答辩委员会一般由五人组成。

成员中的五分之三应是教授、副教授或相当职称的专家，且至少应有一名是学校和学生单位以外的专家，有3人是硕士生导师。

工程硕士的两名导师中只有一名导师可以参加。

答辩委员会主席由具有高级职称的专家担任，导师不能担任答辩委员会主席。

答辩委员会设秘书一人，协助组织答辩工作的具体事宜，并担任记录及填写有关表格等。

五、工程硕士专业学位审批材料的填写及有关说明：
《华北电力大学申请工程硕士学位审批材料》一律用A4纸打印，审批材料中除应由工程硕士生本人填写（一律用钢笔或碳素笔填写，直接打印时签名必须手签）的内容外，其它内容应由有关人员亲自负责填写。

审批材料中有关表格的填写说明如下：
1、“工程硕士学位论文答辩申请书”中的学分必须与工程硕士研究生课程成绩单一致。

在学期间发表论文和科研成果一栏中的作者姓名，写前三名作者姓名，如工程硕士本人不在前三名作者中，可只填写本人排在第几名。

“工程硕士学位论文答辩申请书”必须和由研究生院加盖公章的“工程硕士研究生课程成绩单”一起交到各院系研究生教学秘书审核。

如一直未交“工程硕士企业指导教师遴选审批表”的工程硕士生，提
交答辩申请时将此表一起提交，否则不予同意申请答辩。

2、审批材料中的出生年、月、日一定要和身份证一致。

3、“学校指导教师（企业指导教师）对论文的学术评语”和“工程硕士学位论文评阅意见书”正面写不下时可在背面写并签名。

4、“工程硕士学位论文答辩记录”中答辩秘书将各答辩委员提出的问题记载详细。

5、“工程硕士学位论文答辩委员会决议书” 正面写不下时可在背面写并签名。

6、“授予工程硕士学位审批表”一式两份，其中一份存学校档案馆，一份放在工程硕士生的人事档案中。

7、审批材料中除涉及答辩情况的有关内容外，其它材料内容于答辩举行前全部填写完毕，否则学位评定分委员会主席或答辩委员会主席有权推迟答辩。

六、学位论文的答辩
工程硕士学位论文答辩应公开进行。

在论文答辩前两周将论文中文摘要送交每个委员。

如有答辩委员会委员临时因病或其它紧急事项不能参加答辩会，答辩会一般应改期进行；如仅有一位缺席者，经学位评定分委员会同意，研究生院（筹）备案，可以另换一位答辩委员。

论文答辩委员会采取无记名投票方式，就是否同论文答辩和建议授予工程硕士学位进行表决。

全体成员三分之二及以上同意为通过。

决议经答辩委员会主席签字后，报学位评定分委员会。

学位论文答辩结束后，每人将“申请工程硕士学位审批材料”装在一个档案袋中。

七、学位论文答辩会程序
1、由秘书宣读经学位评定分委员会主席审批的答辩委员会主席及成员的名单；
2、答辩委员会主席宣布答辩会开始；
3、由秘书介绍研究生的基本情况，包括简历和学习成绩；
4、由研究生报告论文主要内容（约三十分钟）；
5、答辩会参加人提出问题，研究生回答问题（约三十分钟）；
6、答辩会休会。

7、答辩委员会举行内部会议，主要议程：
l）由指导教师和答辩委员会秘书宣读评阅人《学术评议书》；
2）评议论文水平及答辩情况；
3）讨论并通过决议书；
4）进行表决；
5）签署《华北电力大学攻读工程硕士专业学位(毕业)论文答辩委员会决议书》。

8、答辩会复会，由主席宣布答辩委员会对论文的评语和表决结果。

9、主席宣布答辩会结束。

八、答辩后报送材料说明：
工程硕士答辩结束后，应协助答辩委员会秘书及时按照“华北电力大学工程硕士学位审批材料目录”整理材料，严格按目录上装袋顺序要求装袋，并将目录贴于档案袋上，相应材料装入档案袋内，在规定的时间内提交所属院（系、所）研究生教学秘书处。

“华北电力大学工程硕士学位审批材料目录”及具体表格要求请在研究生院主页的下载服务中下载，文件为“工程硕士学位论文答辩及学位审批材料”。

目录中装袋顺序号为第1－
13、19号的全部原件用于存学校档案馆，装袋顺序号为第14－17号的文件入研究生个人档案。

1、报送论文说明：
系学位评定分委员会召开之后，工程硕士生须向学校图书馆提交论文印刷版3册及电子版。

2、答辩后有关“学位报盘”的说明
工程硕士学位论文答辩后，须使用学位报盘系统报盘，并上网进行学位论文报盘。
