1. Introduce something about the Palace Museum.
背景知识
故宫位于北京市中心,又名紫禁城,是明清两代的皇宫。
始建于明朝永乐年间。
南边长961米,东西宽753米,占地面积78万平方米。
共有房屋8700间,每道门上的铜钉是横竖9颗。
在中国古代,人们认为“9”与“久”谐音,即“永久”,寓意皇帝的江山可以天长地久。
故宫分为两大部分。
南部为外朝,是处理朝政的地方。
外朝包括太和殿、中
和殿和保和殿。
太和殿是举行盛大典礼的地方,有一个门前广场。
过了太和殿就是中和殿。
中和殿是皇帝临朝前的预备室。
保和殿的建筑与太和殿类似,只是规模小一点。
保和殿是皇帝举行大宴和殿试的场所。
