我的英雄英语作文初三
My hero is not a famous person from history or the silver screen. He's someone I see every day, my dad. He's not tall or particularly strong, but to me, he's the strongest person I know.
Dad is a quiet man, not one for big speeches or showy displays. But his actions speak volumes. When I was younger and fell down, it was Dad's big, warm hands that picked me up and dusted me off. He never said much, just a soft "it's okay" and a hug that made everything feel better.
What really makes him my hero is how he faces life's challenges. Remember when our house flooded during a storm? Mom was panicking, but Dad stayed calm. He organized everything, got us to safety, and then started the cleanup. He never complained or got angry, just got on with it.
And then there's his work ethic. Dad works hard, really hard. He's always the first one in and the last one out. He
never cuts corners or takes shortcuts. He believes in doing things the right way, even if it means extra hours or sweat. That kind of dedication is inspiring.
