我想要想真正意义上的实现有效课堂教学不仅要在目标设定上注意分层,在具体的每个环节,甚至具体到每个口头提出的问题,教师都要考虑到对不同层次的学生要布置不同难度的任务。现在自己再回顾这堂课时,确实发现有些同学并未真正参与进来。例如,在学生自主阅读课文的内容然后回答问题这个环节中,设计的问题难度缺乏层次,在设计问题时没有考虑到基础不太好的学生,大部分的问题这些学生看不懂,因此就很难参与到这个环节的教学活动中来。

A film called “The Year of the Yao” has been produced. The one-and-half-hour documentary follows Yao M ing‟s first year in the United States. Although Yao faces cultural and language problems in his first year in America, he deals well with the stress of being an NBA rookie(新手).
