壳模脱蜡和蜡处理人员负责蜡的回收和处理，保证蜡的清洁干净,尽量延长蜡的使用寿命;任何不相关人员不得随意更改蜡处理设备上的任何参数

执行步骤 Execution step
7.1 搅拌 Beat up
将除水和过滤后的蜡送到搅拌桶中
在 105～115 ℃搅拌 4~5小时，在这个过程中排水 3次以上 .105～115 ℃ beat up 4～5h,In the process dewatering in 3 time more.

2 过滤 Filtrate
通过 120目过滤网将搅拌桶中的蜡放入静置桶中,注意更换过滤网，以防杂质堵塞过滤网至蜡溢出。

7.3 静置
Stand
将温度调到 80～90 ℃，静置 8h 以上.静置期间排水 2~3次.静置好的蜡即可送入压蜡机使用. Keep the temperature of sedimentation vat within 80~90℃ , and sedimentate over 8h。

During sedimentary period, it should be drained at 2～3 times regulary。

Trasmit the settled wax into wax injection machine according to requirement。

每次新蜡加入不可超过搅拌桶容积的 10％。
