高一写作专题一： 建议信
一、文体概述
建议信是向别人提出合理的建议，让 对方接受自己的想法、主张，解决有 关问题。建议信不是投诉信，观点要 合情合理，注意礼貌当先。同时，建 议信要简洁明确、理由充足，具有合 理性和说服力。
建议信的写作步骤： 首段：表明写信意图。陈述事由，简 单介绍自己，注意语气。 主体段落：应该首先肯定对方的优点， 然后再写需要改进的地方或针对具体 情况提出具体建议或忠告。千万注意 不要让别人以为你是在投诉，而不是 提建议。 结尾段：表达希望采纳建议并期盼回 复。
