不同体位护理干预在神经外科手术患者中的对比观察

【摘要】目的：对不同体位的护理干预在神经外科手术患者中的效果进行对比观察。

方法选取在我院入住的46例神经外科手术患者作为研究对象，根据体位的不同分为观察组和对照组，各23例，将两组患者的呼吸道压力、平均动脉压、心率、并发症以及患者对于治疗效果的满意度进行对比。

结果两组患者的呼吸道压力、平均动脉压、心率无明显差异。

观察组并发压疮1例、耳廓损伤1例、臂丛神经损
伤1例，优于对照组并发压疮3例、耳廓损伤2例、臂丛神经损伤3例。

结论术
后患者使用侧俯卧位护理干预，有利于观察患者的生命体征，降低手术并发症，提高患者满意度。

%Objective Compared the different postures of nursing intervention in neurosurgical patients.Methods 86 cases of hospital stay neurosurgical patients as the object of study, depending on the position of divided into observation group and control group, each group had 43 cases, the two groups of patients airway pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate, complications, and satisfaction with physicians were compared with the position.Results Two groups of patients airway pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate, no signiifcant difference. Observation group concurrent pressure ulcers in 2 cases, 2 cases of ear injury, brachial plexus injury in 1 case. Concurrent pressure ulcers than the control group six cases, ifve cases of ear injury, brachial plexus injury in 6
cases.ConclusionThe surgical procedure in patients with lateral prone position can ensure that patients in a relatively stable vital signs during surgery, reduce complications, and improve satisfaction with the surgery.【总页数】2页(P262-262,263)
