引用格式:邸百英, 韩福彬, 陈绍云 . 鲁迈拉石膏夹层岩石可钻性预测[J]. 石油钻采工艺, 2017, 39 (2) :176-179. 摘要:鲁迈拉油田岩心数量少, 钻头优选主要依靠施工和设计人员的经验。针对这一问题, 以钻速方程为基础, 通过逆推 回归和数据拟合的方式, 建立起鲁迈拉地区岩石可钻性与测井数据对应关系, 并以岩屑分形理论为依据对结果进行验证, 找出 最能反映岩石破碎难易的特征量, 确定岩石强度、 硬度及可钻性与岩石的这些分形维数的统计模型。 根据岩石可钻性预测结果, 开展了 KM533X 复合钻头现场提速试验, 单只钻头平均进尺提高 214.70%, 机械钻速提高 29.90%, 从而保障了该地区钻井作业 顺利高效完成。 关键词:鲁迈拉;数据拟合;岩屑分形;岩石可钻性;复合钻头 中图分类号:TE21 文献标识码:A

Abstract: In Rumaila Oilfield, there are a small number of cores, so drilling bit optimization is mainly based on the experience of construction and design staff. To solve this problem, the correspondence relationship between rock drillability and log data of Rumaila area was established based on drilling rate equation by means of backstepping regression and data fitting. Then, the results were verified according to cutting fractal theory. Furthermore, the characteristic parameter which can reflect rock breaking difficulty best was determined and the statistical model on rock strength, hardness, drillability and their fractal dimensions was developed. Finally, ROP improvement test was carried out specifically on KM533X composite drilling bit on site according to the prediction results of rock drillability. It is shown that the average drilling footage and ROP of each bit is increased by 214.70% and 29.90%, respectively. And thus, the drilling operation in this area is completed smoothly and efficiently. Key words: Rumaila; data fitting; cutting fractal; rock drillability; composite bit
