中学生学习意志力培养现状的调研

【摘要】为了解中学教师对学生学习意志力培养的看法与实践,探讨中学生学习意志力内涵、对学习的影响机理和有效培养途径,笔者采用自编问卷对广东省10所中学1121名教师进行调查.结果发现:①学习意志力主要体现为自觉学习、坚持不懈、学习目标明确、自律、抗干扰、不怕失败、勇于挑战和耐心.②学习意志力影响学
习的主要原因包括形成良好的学习习惯、学习动机可持续、积极应对学习困难、理智面对学习成败和学习兴趣不衰减.③培养学习意志力的有效措施包括激励、赞赏
式教学、学生自主学习、探究式教学、设置障碍式教学、实践和实验等.④只有27%的教师进行学习意志力培养实践.结论:中学生学习意志力的培养力度有待加
强.%The objective of this paper is to make an investigation of teachers' views and practice cm developing students' learning willpower in middle school and to explore learning willpower's definition, its effect mechanism on students' learning and the effective way to cultivate students' learning willpower. The method applied in this paper is a questionnaire survey which was undertaken on 112l teachers of ten middle schools in Guangdong province. Then a statistical analysis was made of the results: ① Learning willpower mainly reflects on active learning, perseverance, clear learning objectives, self-discipline, and -interference, facing up lo failure, the courage to challenge and patience. ②The main reasons that learning
willpower helps student's learning, include forming good learning habits, keeping learning motivation, positively overcoming learning difficulties, facing up to the success and failure of learning and non-decreasing learning interests. ③The effective teaching met hods to cultivate learning willpower include stimulation, appreciation, autonomous learning, inquiry learning, obstacles setting, practice and experiment, etc. ④Only 27 percent of teachers develope students' learning willpower in middle school. Based on the above investigation and analysis, the conclusion is drawn that the cultivation of students' learning willpower in middle school should be strengthened.
