医院精神科护士心理健康SCL-90对照调查研究

【摘要】Objective To investigate the mental health status of hospitalpsychiatric nurses, taking intervention measures aiming at the problems. Methods In our hospital in 38 psychiatric nurses mental health were investigated, using the symptom self rating scale(SCL-90)score. Comparative analysis of another 38 Department of internal medicine nurses, taking intervention measures aiming at the problems. Results The psychiatric nursescompared with normal people, mental state better than normal group(P<0.05);psychiatric nurse hostility factor scores compared with conventionalfraction, was signiifcantly
higher(P<0.05);psychiatric nurses in 7 factor SCL-90 in the score, score was signiifcantly higher than that of nurses in the department of internal medicine, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Poor mental health status of psychiatric nurses, need to pay attention to, can take the psychological intervention measures, psychological problems to alleviate the psychiatric nurses, to improve the quality of their work, can improve the health level of patients.%目的：探讨医院精神科护士的心理健康情况，针对问题采取干预措施。

方法选取我院精神科在职38名护士进行心理健康状况调查，使用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行评分。

另选38
名内科护士进行对照分析，针对问题采取干预措施。

结果精神科护士与正常人相比，精神状态明显优于正常人群（P＜0.05）；精神科护士敌对因子分与常规分数相比，明显较高（P＜0.05）；精神科护士在SCL-90的7项因子评分中，显著高于内科护士评分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论精神科护士的心理健康状况较差，需要引起关注，可采取心理干预措施，缓解精神科护理人员的心理问题，彻底改善其工作质量，可提高患者的健康水平。
