1. used to用于表示过去习惯性的动作， 或表示过去存在的状态， 其目的在于 与现在形成对比；其中to是个不定式符 号，后面跟动词原形。例如：
I used to work deep into the night. 我 过去常常工作到深夜。
（暗含“我现在不工作到深夜了”。）

He used to live here, didn’t / usedn’t he? 他过去住在这里，不是吗？
