无惧商务英语的窍门
在商务活动中，你无法防止使用沟通业务。

在谈话中，礼仪
是否恰当，用语是否专业，能否准确把握谈话走向，都有可能改变
最后的结果。

How to get the right level of formality, sound professional, but friendly too?
1. 当你表达请求的时候，你可以试着使用"can, could, would, may"。

2. 不管你在请求或者承受信息、帮助的时候，都别忘了使用"please, thank you, thanks very much"。

无论你是打出还是接听，都应以礼貌的问候或者应酬作为开始，例如：
Hi, how’ve you been?或者Nice to hear from you.等等。

不说明来意是肯定不行的，你该从友好的问候正式转到工作
目的上了。

你可以使用I’m just calling to …作为过渡。

例
如：
I’m just calling to see if you would like to set up a meeting.
如果是相反的情况，你需要引导对方说明来意，例如：
So what can I do for you?
如果你碰巧是在和一个非常健谈的人进展沟通，可能说了很
久都没有说到正题上，而且你发现很难插上话，那么你就应该打断他，但是记得一定要礼貌客气。

例如：
I would like to say something here, if I may.
Allow me to make a point.
May I interrupt you for a second?
如果你在通话中和对方制订了某些方案，记得要在完毕时确认细节。

你可以这么开始：
Please let me confirm...
So, let me make sure I’ve got things straight...
有时这可能是通话中最难把握的一局部。

你可以祝福别人，例如在适宜的情况下说：
Good luck on that interview 或 Hope you feel better soon。

或者，你可能想要确认一下你们制订的任何方案：
I’ll see you on Friday, then.
最简单的方式，你可以说和对方的通话非常愉快：
Well John, it’s been a pleasure talking to you.
