摘要：The mobile terminal comprises a base station communication section (110) capable of direct communication with a specific wide-area communication network provided by a specific provider, an ad-hoc communication section (120) capable of forming a first ad-hoc communication network (AH1) with a plurality of other mobile terminals (MS1 to 3), and a provider determining section (133) for determining whether or not a first access point provider which provides a first access point wide-area communication network (WAN1) connected via the other mobile terminals (MS1 to 3) is the same as the specific provider. The provider determining section (133) performs the determination on the basis of provider identification information included in a control signal. If the first access point provider is judged to be the same as the specific provider, the ad-hoc communication section (120) forms the first ad-hoc communication network (AH1) with the other mobile terminals (MS1 to 3).
