学情分析:本课的教学对象是五年级的学生,他们已经学习了两年半的英语,能较熟练地运用简单的日常用语.他们对英语还保持着浓厚的兴趣.学生活泼好动,学习积极性高,接受知识快,表现欲望强,富有想象力和创造力,合作意识强,自主学习探索能力强.
教学目的:
1.知识与技能
1、能够听、书、读、写单词:season , spring , summer , fall , winter。
2、能够听说认读,并使用句型: What’s your favourite season ? 和句子Which season do you like best?提问,并能够根据实际情况回答。
3、了解并能描述四季的天气状况及植物特征,学说Let’s chant部分内容。
2.过程与方法
通过小组合作学习,听力游戏,猜季节游戏,谈论等学习方式,与同学老师交流自己最喜欢的季节和询问别人最喜欢的季节,并能简单的说出喜欢的原因。
3.情感、态度、价值观
通过阅读,描述四季等活动,培养学生热爱大自然、热爱家乡、热爱伟大祖国的情操。
教学重点:
(1)能够听、说、读、写以下单词:spring, summer, fall, winter, season. (2)运用句型:What’s your favourite season ?和句子Which season do you like best?进行问答。
教学难点:
(1)单词summer和season的拼写。
(2)对“What's your favourite season? ”和句子Which season do you like best?的正确问答。

录音机、磁带、多媒体课件
第一课时
教学过程:
1.热身(Warm-up)
5 minutes oral practice
T: Nice to see you again!
S: Nice to see you ,too.
T: What do you do on the weekend?
S:I often play computers.
T: When do you eat breakfast?
S: I usually eat breakfast at 7:00 a.m.. What about you?
T: At 7:00 a.m., too.
What's the weather like today?
S: It's fine.
2.新课呈现(Presentation)
(1)板书课题,让学生说说,在他们的心目中,四季是什么颜色的ppt出示四季。
(2)播放Let’s chant.
录音,让生跟着齐读,对四季节的知识有一个初步的感知。
(3) T: What’s the weather like today?
S: It’s……
T: What’s the weather like in this picture? PPT呈现四季对应的天气图片。
教授每个季节单词的读法,并书写(教学卡片)。
T: How many seasons in the picture?出现“season”并教读单词。
S: Four.
(4)教授句子Which season do you like best?/What’s your favourite season? (解释favourite的中文意思)的读法,并书写(板书)。
(5)四人一组了解同学都喜欢什么季节。
要求用“Which season do you like
(1)复习有关天气的相关单词(PPT出示天气的相关图片)。
(2) Listen and match Let’s try.
(3) 听录音Let’s talk并回答问题:Which season does Zhang Peng like?
(4)跟读Let’s talk课文并回答问题:Why does Mike don’t like winter?

(2)听写上一节课的五个单词和两个句子。
(听写不合格的回家抄写20遍)
2.新课呈现(Presentation)
(1)板书听写的内容,让学生抄写在notebook。
(2)播放Let’s chant到Let’s talk.让学生跟读。
(3)播放Read and write,让学生逐句跟读和翻译。
(4) Answer the question of Read and write.
(5) Check the answer.
(6)教读单词表。
(7)T:What’s the weather like in spring?
S:It’s windy and warm.
小组活动在notebook填表。
(或用句子What’s your favourite season?= Which season do you like
(1)完成《活动手册》unit1.

(2)带读unit2的单词表。
2.新课呈现(Presentation)
(1)板书课题B Let’s learn.
(2)播放Read and write.跟读录音。
(3)板书出示这节课的内容:5个短语和一句话,让学生明确学习目标。
(4)听录音跟读。
(5)看教学图片,边读边书写3遍。
(6)You do I say ,I do you say. 5个短语.
(7)出示句子:Why do you like summer?
Because I can swim in the lake.
并边读边抄写句子3遍在作业本上。
3.巩固和延伸(Consolidation and extension)
(1) Group work (使用句子 Why do you like summer?

(5)跟读Let’s talk课文并请学生翻译。
(6)自读Read and write,完成文后练习(3 minutes)。
(7)Check the answer
