摘要
本次毕业设计的题目为朝阳市凤凰新区污水处理厂工程设计。
主要任务是完成该污水处理厂初步设计和单项处理构筑物设计。
根据毕业设计的原始资料及设计要求对出水水质的要求:不要求脱氮除磷,出水达到二级排放标准,确定为复合水解池—高负荷生物滤池污水处理工艺。
朝阳主要气候特点为四季分明,雨热同季,日照充足,日温差较大,降水偏少。
全年平均气温5.4℃~8.7℃;年均日照时数2850~2950小时;年降水量450~580毫米;无霜期120~155天。
春秋两季多风易旱,风力一般2~3级,冬季盛行西北风,风力较强。
朝阳市凤凰新区污水处理厂所要处理废水的规模为Q=30000m3/d,进水的水质为=220mg/l,COD=800mg/l,SS=130 mg/l,TN=15 mg/l ,TP=3 mg/l,出水达PH=7.1,BOD

到二级排放标准。
城市污水由工业污水与生活废水组成,其中工业废水量占的较大,污水中主要是可溶性有机物,氮、磷等含量较少,而且有机物的浓度比较高,可生化性较差,在处理时不需要考虑常规的脱氮除磷。
根据当地实际情况,以及近年的研究与设计实践,提出了一种适合国内小城镇污水处理的复合水解池-高负荷生物滤池处理技术与工艺。
工艺流程为:
进水——粗格栅——细格栅——旋流沉砂池——复合水解池——高负荷生物滤池——二沉池——出水
这对于经济不是十分发达的小城镇地区具有实际意义这主要是由于该工艺的复合水解池和生物滤池在正常运行期间不需曝气,生物接触氧化段仅仅在水质恶劣和冬季水温较低的情况下进行曝气,节省了运行成本,解决了一些地区污水处理厂“建得起,运行不起”的难题。
这样可以明显地得到水污染控制,保证公民的正常生活,同时也得到明显的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract
The graduation project was titled Phoenix, Chaoyang City, New Sewage Treatment Plant. The main task is to complete the preliminary design of the sewage treatment plant and the design of individual treatment tank.
