主要句型是:“What is she / it doing? She / It’s…. What are they / the tigersdoing? They are….”,难点是A、B部分的Read and write和Let’s learn 部分十个动词ing形式的四会掌握。
本单元的动物名称和要求掌握的动词在前五册已经出现过,本册第四单元的教学重点也是现在进行时,可以引导学生温故知新。
因此,本课时的重点和难点是:在理解对话内容的基础上,正确运用一般现在时的第三人称形式。
本课学完之后,要为B部分的复数形式的提问及回答搭建打下基础。
学情分析:五年级的学生对一些常见动物的特征、习性等都有了一些了解,有一定量的语言储备。
通过对第四单元的学习,学生对第一人称和第二人称的现在进行时已熟练掌握。
教师在本课要适时引导,强化学生对第三人称的理解运用。
本单元中所涉及的大型野生动植物园我的学生见过的很少,所以要呈现他们平时所熟知的动物园和大型野生动植物园进行比较,搭建对大型野生动植物园的认知支架。
教学目标:知识目标:能听懂、会说句子:What is she / it doing? She / It’s running....并能在情景中运用。
技能目标:1.学生能够在创设的情景中正确运用所学对话。
2.能够在真实的生活情景中正确、灵活运用功能语句。
情感目标:1.培养学生对他人的关心。
2.培养学生对动物的保护意识。
3.学生能够在看、听、想、说、写中发展多元智能,养成认真倾听的好习惯,并在小组讨论中体验合作竞争所带来的收获与快乐。
教学重、难点:1.教学重点是句型What is she / it doing? She / It’s running….2.教学难点是在真实情景中正确运用所学对话。
