One-Time Programmable (OTP) OperationsThis Micron NAND Flash device offers a protected, one-time programmable NANDFlash memory area. Each target has a an OTP area with a range of OTP pages (see Ta-ble 15 (page 95)); the entire range is guaranteed to be good. Customers can use theOTP area in any way they desire; typical uses include programming serial numbers orother data for permanent storage.The OTP area leaves the factory in an erased state (all bits are 1). Programming an OTPpage changes bits that are 1 to 0, but cannot change bits that are 0 to 1. The OTP areacannot be erased, even if it is not protected. Protecting the OTP area prevents furtherprogramming of the pages in the OTP area.Enabling the OTP Operation ModeThe OTP area is accessible while the OTP operation mode is enabled. 录像机是实现磁带记录的专用设备,在一个节目制作系统中,录像机的技术指标基本决定着整个系统的技术指标。
因为受各种条件的限制,模拟录像机的技术指标并不高,特别是多版复制,信号质量下降很多。
因此提高录像机的技术指标,也就意味着整个系统技术指标可以得到提高。
数字录像机记录的是数字信号,抗干扰能力强,因而重放信号的性能改善很多,使录像机可复制性能大大提高,多版复制信号基本没损失。
因此,数字录像机的使用,将拓宽后期制作手段,极大地提高最后播出带的信号质量。
一、概述SONY公司于1993年推出Betacam数字分量录像机,引起了众人的关注,经过实践的严格检验,数字Betacam得到了广大用户的赞同。
数字Betacam与通常Betacam 和Betacam SP有相同的格式,与后者相比,以稍慢的带速和三倍的磁鼓转速录制,每场的视频信号及4-通道音频信号将以六个螺旋磁迹记录到磁带上,斜磁迹宽度:24μm,并与模拟Betacam重放功能兼容。
(有的机型不含此功能)数字Betacam 采用数字分量记录, ITU-R BT.601 标准,考虑到将来记录16:9宽屏幕HDTV数字信号的可能性;采用1/2英寸金属带,图像量化比特8/10bit两种,正程取样点720×576,抽样频率分别为:13.5MHz、6.75MHz、6.75MHz, 即4:2:2取样方式,压缩比为:2:1。
声音抽样频率为48KHz,量化比特为20bit,不压缩。
数字Betacam采用了大规模集成电路(LSI),使得整机更为轻便,低功耗,与Betacam SP有相同的尺寸,在实况转播车这样有限的空间里使用更为方便、灵活、实效。
二、特点1.优异的画面质量具有多代复制能力,突破了模拟记录的局限性。
2.先读后写的预读编辑功能在DVW-A500P和DVW-500P录像机中,用于数字信号的重放磁头位于记录磁头之前,先前记录的视频与音频信号经重放头读出后可送到外部设备中处理,然后重新记录到相同的磁迹上,此功能尤其适用于叠加字幕、彩色校正、视频分层处理、音频混合和润色等处理。

评价水处理器减少结垢的有效性的测试程序
前言
以下的工作表描述了评价水处理器有效性的测试过程,安装是为了防止或减少水垢,在饮用水加热设备和其他设备。
这个工作表的主题不是为了描述水处理设备,而是为了确定关于评估测试结果的规则。
这个工作表详细的描述了VDI-指导方针2035表1第7部分的一般版本,为“防护措施有效性的测试”。
为了获得DVGW的检查签署,符合所有的要求的试验是基本的,但不是一个充足的条件。
进一步要求关于安全、卫生和与相关技术条款的操作相匹配,比如DIN1988“饮用水安装的技术条款”和法规如Lebensmittel- undBedarfsgegenstaendegesetz.~

1、适用范围
这个工作表适用于饮用水加热、存储和分配。
仅仅适用于在DIN1988中有关的防止或减少水垢的设备的评估。
2、术语
2.1 饮用水的加热
在这个工作表里面饮用水的加热被认为是在合适的饮用水设备里准备饮用级热水。
这个术语不包括加热工业用水。
2.2 水处理设备
术语水处理设备适用于减少或防止结垢的专门设施。
2.3 生水垢
这个术语被认为是加热管区域水垢沉淀物的发展。
2.4 方解石沉淀能力
方解石沉淀能力是指水中可用的碳酸钙的数量在一定的温度下析出的难溶物。
依照DIN38404-10方解石的沉淀能力是可以计算的。
方解石的沉淀能力并不能代表所有难溶结垢物的实际数量。
3、要求
3.1 测试用水
测试使用具备方解石沉淀能力的饮用水来试验(计算为15℃),至少30mg/L的碳酸钙。
测试水的总硬度必须相当于至少3.5mol/m3的碱土金属混合物。
镁部分不能超过钙含量的25%(总硬度的20%)。
如果原水不能满足方解石沉淀能力,可采用适当的脱酸措施来获得(第8页的图形所说)。
为了决定在21天后是否发生一个适当的结垢量用于评价,需要进行对照试验(盲试验,看3.5节)。
这些要求被满足假如依照3.4节的测试方法结垢分析方法包括0.1mol碱土金属化合物分别以10g的碳酸钙计算每个对照试验。
3.2 试验建立
测试的原理结构图显示在第8页的图。
测试的原理结构图包括4个单独的装置(测试样和盲样),测试不同类型的水质条件。
这4个测试装置必须按相同的方法平行操作,两个是测试样两个是盲样。

测试用水传输至饮用水加热装置必须用奥氏体的和包含钼的铬镍钢管。
一个操作压力2.5±0.3bar 的供水泵(压力减小阀门)确保了测试水的供应(如3.1所描述)。
但是供水泵只能抽取减压蓄水池里的水。
在这四个装置的各个入水口,水的供应量由水表计量,和一个调节阀门校正流量计。
停止阀(适合压缩空气的控制)需要安装在饮用水加热设备的入水口处。
标准10L 的饮用水加热设备,减压且一般是使用电力加热的。
它们的加热单元有一个最大为6.5w/cm2的表面功率密度,它们可以操作的最大水温是80℃。
为了确定蓄水池中水的温度,具有±2K 精密度的温度传感器附加安装在加热管区域内。
在测试过程中,温度变化的感应需要不断的测量和调整。
电压和电流或者电压和功率需要同时记录。
出水口打开排掉温水。
为了控制需要排放的水量,测试入水口的停止阀开或关。
3.3试验方法
每个试验装置每天的用水量是130L 。
这个水量在16h 内需要排掉。
流速至少5L/min 。
在一天中有两个场合,饮用水加热设备内所有的水需要全部排掉。
在16h 内水要按以下方式排掉:
在0h 、2h 、2.5h 、3.5h 、4h 、4.5h 、5h 、6h 、6.5h 、7h 、7.5h 、8h 、9h 、9.5h 、10h 、11h 、11.5h 、12.5h 、13h 、13.5h 、14h 和16h 排掉的水量为5L 。
在3h 、12h 排掉的水量是10L 。
每天运行16h ,休息8h 。
饮用水加热设备里的水温为80℃±3K 。

一个较低的温度测试(公差±3K),这个说明书必须显示在产品证书和手册里。
3.4 测试步骤
在所有的测试中,测试样和盲样必须采用相同的测试水同时操作。
一个测试周期为21天。
每个测试完成后,饮用水加热设备被打开,加热管被移出。
加热池里剩余的水垢量需要用0.5mm的网布过滤。
筛上的残渣需要溶解在稀硝酸里面。
在加热管上的残留物和里面蓄水容器壁上的残留物也需要用稀硝酸溶解。
过滤筛渣后的剩余溶液和加热管上的残留物的钙和镁成分需要按照DIN38406-3测定。
饮用水加热设备在装配和安装用于下次测试之前,需另用稀硝酸冲洗一次后,再用DI水冲洗一次(消除混合成分误差)。
所有的饮用水加热设备都要用同样的方法清洗。
3.5 盲样(校正)
试验的建立需要测试盲样;安装好适配器,之后的测试样要用到。
盲样需要按照3.1~3.4描述的要求操作。
每个系列的测试需要至少实行3次。
最后每个测试系列有4个个体的结果。
测试系列个体的结果的均方根需要计算。
个体的结果不能多于系列均方根值的20%。
在这3个连续的测试系列中,个体的结果不能多于30%所有个体结果的均方根值。
如果这些条件不能符合,测试装置需要校正。
3.6 测试样
在这些测试中,测试样依照制造商的说明书,安装在其中两个饮用水加热设备(看图8).其他两个测试装置是作为盲样操作的。
测试装置依照3.1~3.4描述的要求实施。
这些测试需要至少实行2次。
测试样和相配的盲样需交替测试。
个体测试系列的分析结果需要和之前的盲样测试结果做对比。
带适配器的盲样测试结果需要和先前确定的盲样(3.5部分)在一致的范围幅度内。
意思是,盲样的个体结果不能多于系列均方根值的20%,且不能多于30%所有个体盲样结果的均方根值。
4 求值
这个方法的有效性能够被满足,假如fw>0.8。
这个值需要符合自信度区间95%。
因测试需要而进行的测试中,个体的结果最小可接受值为0.66。

f)每个个体测试系列的分析结果
g)相应的盲样的分析结果
h)决定效率的因素评估和声明
i)注释(测试时出现的异常)。
