【摘要】目的探讨合作学习教学法在《护理基本技术》实训课中男护生的基本护理操作技术
教学效果。方法对2013级三年制大专护理专业共82名男生按机械抽样法随机分为2组,试验组
42名采用合作学习教学法,对照组40名采用传统教学法,学期结束后进行问卷调查和学生技能操
作成绩分析。结果试验组技能操作考核成绩为(88.0±6.9)分,对照组为(79.0±9.2)分,2组比较
差异有统计学意义(t=4.392,P<0.01)。试验组技能考核成绩达标率为95.23%(40/42),对照组为
70.00%(28/40),2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.118,P<0.01)。结论合作学习教学法能够提高
男护生护理操作技能教学效果,是《护理基本技术》实践教学中值得推广和应用的一种有效教学方法。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the teaching effect of cooperative learning approach in the
training class of basic nursing operation techniques for male students.Methods A total of82male
nursing students who were admitted into college in2013with a3-year study program were divided into two
groups based on mechanical sampling method,42students in the experimental group were trained with cooperative learning approach,while40students in the control group were trained with traditional
teaching method.At the end of the semester,surveys were conducted and the results of students′operative
skill were analyzed.Results The result of operative skills evaluation in the experiment group was88.0
±6.9while that in the control group was79.0±9.2.The comparative difference between the two groups
had statistical significance(t=4.392,P<0.01).The qualified rate in the experiment group was95.23%
(40/42)while that in the control group was70.00%(28/40).The comparative difference between the two groups
had statistical significance(χ2=9.118,P<0.01).Conclusions Cooperative learning approach can improve
the teaching effect of nursing operative skills for male nursing students.Thus it is an effective teaching method
that deserves promotion and application in the practice teaching of Basic Nursing Techniques

“合作学习(cooperative learning)”也被称为“小组合作学习”或“伙伴教学”,它根据团体动力学原理,旨在改变过去班级只是作为制约学生课堂学习的一种静态的集体背景,使班级、小组等学生集体成为帮助学生课堂学习的一种动态的集体力量而发挥作用[1]。1806年,合作学习小组的观念从英国传入美国,后来普遍运用于美国的小学教育和初中教育。德国不仅在普通中小学教育中成功引进了小组合作学习,而且也应用于职业教育[2],本学习法于20世纪80年代被介绍到了我国。笔者于2014年9月至2015年1月对《护理基本技术》的实践教学采用合作学习方法进行了一次教学试验,初步尝试取得良好的教学效果,现报道如下。
对象与方法
