本单元重点学习家居用品名词、表示位置的介词和There be句型的用法,难点在于能使学生正确使用There be句式的单、复数形式及其结合位置、特征等长句的表达法,明确There be 句型的每课时的教学目标。
学情分析:这一学年,我担任五年级三个班的英语教学,每班学生均在36人左右,虽然学生们已经学习了两年多的英语,有些学生已经具备一定的英语基础,但这三个班中仍有一部分学生底子薄,基础差,班上两极分化现象严重,鉴于这种情况,作为老师就要正确引导学生学习英语,在教学中,我本着以学生的发展为宗旨,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,面向全体学生,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位。
教学方法:直观演示法,任务型教学法教学目标:(三维目标)1.知识目标:能听、说、读、写单词“clock”,“plant”,“water bottle”,“bike”和“photo”,和句型“There is …”。

Let’s try部分为学生创设情景,将学生原有知识结构与本单元核心句型进行有机结合,首次出现“There be句型”。
本活动的教学目标是学生能够借助图片和文中提示听懂对话,抓住关键信息,提高听的能力,在听觉上对新句型有所感知,选出正确的答案来完成听力任务。
Let’s talk部分的核心句型是There is a ……教材以Sarah、 Mike与Zhang Peng三人在张鹏的卧室里为主线,三人共同参与室内物品的讨论。
本部分的教学目标是学生能够在图片与教师的引导下理解对话大意,能够按照正确的意群及语音语调来朗读对话并进行角色扮演;能够在情景中运用句型There is a ……来描述或介绍事物以及事物所在的位置;能够在语境中正确赞扬他人以及对他人的赞扬做出适当的反应。
二、学情分析本课内容以小学五年级学生为教学对象。
五年级的学生已经具备一定的英语听说读写的能力,能正确朗读并书写26个英文字母,已经基本了解26个字母以及部分字母组合的发音规律;课堂上能够听懂教师的提问,能够根据图片提示猜测出本课时大致的文本内容,能够运用以前所学的英语知识互相交流,例如:This is a……You are nice.(四年级,学生已经掌握了有关nice的知识点,nice 形容人的时候可以表示善良或漂亮,形容东西的时候表示漂亮。
)You look cool.(你看起来真酷。
)除了英语学习能力,五年级的学生也具备一定的绘画能力,本课时的内容以“张鹏的卧室”为主线,因此,我设计了一个课前活动,要求学生“画出自己的卧室”,课堂上让大家选出最优秀的作品,再将优秀的作品用来呈现与巩固句型,使教学情境更为真实!三、教学目标(一)语言技能1、能够听说认读单词photo。

1、正确认读出本课出现的单词:curtain, closet, mirror, end table, trash bin, air-conditioner,并知其意;
2、掌握本课出现的句型,并结合这些句子表达的情境,学会恰当的替换句中的单词。
教学难点
能够正确书写出本课要求四会的单词:curtain, close, mirror, end table, trash bin。
教学准备
1、教师准备教学过程中所需要的图片、声音、课件,以及本课时的六张单词卡。
2、教师准备录音机及录音带。

二、新课呈现(20分钟)
(1)读一读
①教师点击课件,进入Let’s learn部分。
提问学生:“What’s this?”,帮助学生说出:“It’s a bedroom.”。
领读单词“bedroom”,强调学生不要读成“bed-room”。
②教师向学生说:让我们听听这两个女孩在聊些什么,点击Play按钮播放对话两遍。
③请学生试重复出对话,并说一说“curtains”的意思。
教师领读“curtain”,并让学生说说为什么对话中“curtain”要加“s”。
④教师再次播放对话,利用暂停键让学生跟读对话。
⑤学生两人一组做对话练习,而后教师请若干组到讲台前表演。
(2)学一学
①教师用鼠标指着图中的镜子提问学生“What’s this?”,点击后出声音引导学生答出:“It’s a mirror.”以同样的方式学习单词:“closet, mirror, end table, trash bin, air-conditioner”。
②教师指着单词,学生朗读;教师点击声音按钮,学生检查自己的发音再次跟读。
③教师请一学生点击某物,其他学生说出单词;而后请一名学生操作电脑,
教师出示单词卡,其他学生大声读出单词,那一名学生听音在课件中指出相应的单词,其他学生判断对错。
3、Let’s play(趣味操练)
(1)Let’s play
①学生看书,理解句意。
②教师指着图中的人物问学生:“What does he/she have?”,引导学生说出:“He/She has ….”。
③请学生用“I have ….”句型说一说自己家中有什么,如:“In my room I have ….”。
(2)Let’s sing
①播放“My small bedroom”歌曲两遍。
②教师请学生说一说歌中唱到了什么,学生答出:“a small house, a small bedroom, a small closet, a small bed and a small me.”。
③再播放歌曲,教师鼓励学生跟唱。
三、练习巩固(15分钟)
(1)Let’s start
①教师引导学生进入Let’s start部分学习,教师提问学生:“What can you see in Zoom’s room?”。
②学生选中一件物品后说出“I can see a chair/a table ….”。
③学生两人一组做对话练习,教师请若干组到前面做对话演示。
如:A: What can you see in Zoom’s room?
B: I can see a closet. (点击衣橱)And it’s orange.
(2)找一找
①学生看课件,展示出一幅有关卧室的图。
教师提问:“What can you see?”,学生用“I can see ….”句型说一说看见的物品。
②学生读一读单词,教师及时纠正学生的发音。
③教师请若干名学生指出某单词的正确位置,其他同学判断对错。
