春节购物英语作文日记
During the Spring Festival, shopping is an essential part of the celebration. I went shopping with my family and friends during the holiday.
On the first day of the Spring Festival, we went to the mall to buy some new clothes for the New Year. The mall was crowded with people, and we had to wait in line for a long time to pay for our purchases. Despite the long wait, we were excited to buy new clothes for the holiday.
The next day, we went to the supermarket to buy food
for the New Year's Eve dinner. The supermarket was also crowded, and we had to navigate through the crowds to find what we needed. We bought a lot of traditional Chinese foods, such as dumplings, fish, and rice cakes. We also bought some fruits, such as apples and oranges, which are considered lucky during the New Year.
On the third day of the Spring Festival, we went to a
local market to buy some decorations for our home. We bought red lanterns, couplets, and paper-cuttings to decorate our house. The market was bustling with people, and we had to bargain with the vendors to get a good price.
Overall, shopping during the Spring Festival was a fun and exciting experience. Despite the crowds and long lines, we were able to buy everything we needed for the holiday.
It was a great way to celebrate the New Year with my family and friends.。
