As the new school term begins, I feel both excited and nervous. On one hand, I am eager to see my friends and teachers again, to learn new things and to challenge myself. On the other hand, I am worried about the workload, the expectations and the pressure to perform well.
Firstly, I am looking forward to meeting my classmates and catching up with them after the long summer break. We will have so much to share, from our holiday experiences to our new hobbies and interests. I am also excited to see my teachers again, who always inspire me with their knowledge, passion and dedication. I hope to learn from them not only the subjects they teach, but also the values they embody, such as respect, responsibility and kindness.
Secondly, I am curious about the new subjects and
topics that we will study this term. I wonder what new challenges and opportunities they will bring, and how they will help me to broaden my horizons and deepen my
understanding of the world. I am particularly interested in science and technology, which are rapidly changing and shaping our lives in ways that we cannot imagine. I hope to learn more about them and to apply them to solve real-world problems.
However, I am also aware of the pressures and expectations that come with the new school term. I know
that I will have to work hard to keep up with the pace of the classes, to complete the assignments on time and to prepare for the exams. I also know that I will be evaluated not only by my grades, but also by my attitude, behavior
and participation. Therefore, I will need to be disciplined, organized and proactive in my learning, and to seek help
