外科手术治疗肠瘘疗效观察与研究

【摘要】目的：探讨外科手术治疗肠瘘的临床效果。

方法对我院收治的肠瘘患者52例进行研究，按照随机数字分配法则分为对照组和观察组两组，其中对照组26例患者采取保守治疗，观察组26例患者采取外科手术治疗。

结果观察组临床治愈率高于对照组，P＜0.05；观察组患者的各项临床指标优于对照组，P＜0.05。

结论对于肠瘘患者来说，局部感染控制、全身营养状况改善、各脏器功能改善后实施合理时机的外科手术治疗能取得良好的效果，并且治疗安全可靠。

%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of intestinal
ifstula.Methods 52 cases of patients with intestinal ifstula were studied in our hospital, according to the rule of distribution of the random number is divided into control group and observation group, the control group of 26 cases were treated by conservative treatment observed group of 26 cases were treated by surgical treatment. Results The clinical cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05, the observation group were better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with intestinal fistula, local infection control, improve the nutritional status of the body, the function of each organ to improve after the implementation of reasonable timing of surgical treatment can achieve good effect, and the treatment is safe and reliable.
