方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月宁化县总医院收治的糖尿病性腹泻患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。
对照组采用二甲双胍+达格列净+蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在此基础上增加双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗。
观察和比较两组患者疗效、血糖水平、肠道菌群。
结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,两组血糖水平低于治疗前,且观察组各指标数值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。
治疗前,两组双歧杆菌、肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠球菌水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,两组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌水平高于治疗前,肠杆菌、肠球菌低于治疗前,且观察组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌水平高于对照组,肠杆菌、肠球菌水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。
结论让糖尿病性腹泻患者服用达格列净以及双歧杆菌三联活菌,疗效显著,可调节患者肠道菌群,改善患者血糖水平。

马铃薯纺锤块茎类病毒的往复聚丙烯氨酰胺凝胶电泳检测技术一、试剂及制备(一)、核酸提取缓冲液1、4M NH4OH MW=35.05一般氨水含NH34 28%,即100ml中含28g。
1M=3.505g/100ml,100ml 中含28g=7.99M即28%氨水加等量水即为4M NH4OH。
2、0.1M EDTA-Na2-Tris溶液EDTA-Na2 MW=372.38配100ml:3.8g EDTA-Na2再加-Tris2.6g加水到100m。
此时PH值为7.0。
3、10M LiCl MW=60.41配100ml,加60.4g LiCl。
4、水饱和酚或Tris饱和酚(1)、水饱和酚:约含80%酚的水溶液,内含0.1% 8-羟基喹啉。
500克酚加水溶解至600ml,加0.6g8-羟基喹啉。
(2)、Tris饱和酚:酚试剂瓶中假如0.05M Tris溶液,(6.08g Tris加蒸馏水至1000ml)置于温水浴中,溶解后分为两层,上层为0.05M Tris溶液,下层为Tris溶液饱和酚,吸掉上层Tris溶液,再加入新鲜的0.05M Tris溶液,每100ml Tris溶液饱和酚加入0.1g8-羟基喹啉。

因此,研发出一种新型具有抗菌效果的多功能水凝胶敷料具有重要意义。
本文采用自由基聚合的合成方法,将多巴胺(DA) 、肝素(HP)、抗菌剂2-丙烯酰氧基-乙基-N,N-二甲基-6-溴化铵季铵盐(AEDMHA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)有效地结合在高分子网络中,制备出一种既能满足创口对敷料多种物理性能的需求,还可以实现抗菌性能且生物相容性良好的复合水凝胶敷料。
将制得的水凝胶通过系列的理化性能表征和生物学性能表征,得到以下结果:(1)通过简单的自由基聚合制备得到聚多巴胺-肝素/聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶,该水凝胶制备方法简便,反应条件温和。
制备得到的水凝胶具有组织粘附性,物理机械性能良好,吸水性能和保持水分能力好。

(4)将制备得到的聚多巴胺-肝素/季铵盐/聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶进行抗菌实验,发现对E.coil与S.aureus均具有抗菌效果;对该水凝胶进行细胞毒性评价,其对小鼠3T3成纤维细胞有轻度毒性,生物相容性较好。
