Panduit engineers will help you to get the most from SmartZone Cloud and how to best fit its features to your use case.

Quick Start and Turnkey

Turnkey Service
Panduit Turnkey Service takes our Quick Start Service one step further. From start to finish, Panduit engineers will install and configure SmartZone Cloud to be fully functional and train you based on your specific business needs 2.

Quick Start Service
Panduit engineers will give you an edge to quickly start using SmartZone Cloud and guide you on how to easily complete your environment. They will work with you remotely to confirm prerequisites, perform initial configuration and conduct onboard training.
With this offering, our team will be responsible for:• Creation of SmartZone Cloud customer account • Installation of 1 data collector software • Creation of up to 5 users • Configuration of 1 access policies group • Insertion of the asset models into the SmartZone Cloud Asset Catalog • Monitoring activation of up to 5 devices using SNMP protocol 1• Creation of 1 layout grid with up to 5 cabinets and up to 10 assets
• SmartZone Cloud overview and basic user training including the following configuration: ¤Navigation overview ¤New location and asset ¤Dashboard and reports ¤Custom properties ¤Bulk import
¤Threshold settings ¤Event notification
¤Firmware management ¤Review of the
configured services
