World Consumer Rights Day is an annual day for consumers(消费者) to get together and know they have rights（权益）, even in today's world of multinational corporations. It started in 1983 and has grown ever since. It also aims to promote consumers' rights and require that the law and companies protect these rights. Every Chinese New Year is always represented by one of twelve animals and the Chinese Zodiac chosen by Jade Emperor centuries and centuries ago.
