The Background The Dalian Software Park Phase 2 is located at the western periphery of Dalian City at the point where the city meets the natural landscape of the hills, the valleys and the ocean. The goal of Phase 2 is to create a new technology center that will be a place to work, live, learn and play. A place that will be able to compete at an international level to attract creative and executive talents.
