修复单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形的临床疗效

【摘要】Objective To analyze the repairing effect of secondary nasal deformity of unilateral cleft lip repair medical efficacy. Methods The clinical data of 50 children who had received unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity repair from April 2012 to December 2013 were selected and repairing effect and adverse reaction were retrospectively analyzed. Results of 50 cases of children with cleft lip nasal deformity appearance had changed dramatically, with a higher rate of. Keep the postoperative patients with symmet-rical nostril incision hidden, postoperative scar was not significant. After followed up for 1-3 years after the discovery, in which the performance of gifted children in 41 cases, good performance in children with 5 people, the excellent and good rate reached 97.1%, and children with no adverse reaction and other complications. Conclusion Repair therapy on infants with cleft lip nasal deformity, not only can let the patient nose uplift, nostril symmetry, to maintain a good shape condition of the patients, the surgical incision was hidden at the same time, postoperative scar was not obvious.%目的：分析单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形的修复医学疗效。

方法回顾性的选择50例2012年4月-2013年12月来该院进行修复单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形患儿临床资料，对患儿修复的效果以及不良反应等进行分析。

结果50例患儿唇裂继发鼻畸形外形有了显著的改变，满率较高。

患儿术后鼻孔保持对称，手术切口隐秘，术后斑痕不显著。

经过随访1~3年后发现，其中表现优
的患儿有41例，表现良的患儿者有5例，优良率达到97.1%，同时患儿没有出现不良反应以及其他综合并发症。

结论对唇裂继发鼻畸形患儿进行修复治疗，不但能够让患者鼻翼隆起，鼻孔对称，保持患者较好的外形条件，同时手术切口非常隐秘，术后瘢痕不显著。
