一、概述
I. General introduction
1、用途
电动葫芦门式起重机是根据标准JB/T5663-2011设计制造的，与CD、MD等电动葫芦配套使用，成为一种轻小型的单梁葫芦起重机，主要用于露天堆场上的装卸和搬运物料。

起重量为1~32t，操纵形式分地面操纵和司机室操纵两种，该类型起重机具有结构简单，维修方便，自重轻等优点。

1. Usages
Gantry crane with electric hoist is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements set in the Standard of JB/T5663-2011 and the crane can be matched with CD，MD and other electric hoist, making the machine a light and small monospar gantry crane, which is mainly used in loading and unloading and hauling supplies and materials in open storage ground with lifting capacity as much as 1-32 t. The crane can be operated in the ground or in the driver’s cab and the crane is characterized with simple mechanism, easy maintenance, light dead-weight and other characteristics.
2、结构形式
电动葫芦门式起重机是由主梁、支腿、上端梁、下端梁组成门架。

而门架又分为箱形和和桁架两种形式，分别是由钢板和型钢组焊而成，后者自重轻、风压小、但工艺性不如前者。

为便于储存和运输，主梁、支腿、下横梁各部件之间由螺栓连接。

2. Type of mechanism
In gantry crane with electric hoist, the crane span mechanism is made up of girder, landing leg, top end rail and lower end rail and the span mechanism falls into box type and truss type, which are installed and welded by steel plate and structural steel. The truss type is characterized with light dead-weight, small wind pressure but lower manufacturability. In order to be convenient for storage and shipment, components of girder, landing leg, and lower end rail are connected by bolts.
3、起升机构
电动葫芦作为起升机构，并沿主梁运行，其结构见电动葫芦说明书。

3. Hoisting mechanism
Electric hoist is used as the hoisting mechanism which runs along the gird and whose mechanisms can be seen in Operating Manual of Electric hoist.
4、大车运行机构
当起重机的起重量和跨度较小，工作又不频繁时，大车运行机构采用LD电动单梁的“三合一”运行机构，反之采用角型轴承箱结构。

4. Cart running gear
When there is smaller lifting capacity and span and infrequent lifting work, “three-in-one” running gear of LD electric mono-spar can be adopted in cart running gear. Otherwise, angle form bearing box mechanism will be adopted.
二、安装
1、注意事项
起重机运到后，在卸车搬运时应防止扭、弯、撞伤等事故，存放时应安置平稳，地面应结实，防止日后下沉至使主梁变形，安装时应组织有关人员认真研究图纸，根据技术要求消除由于运输不当和保管不当所
产生的误差和缺陷，特点对金属结构部分的缺陷需校正后才准安装。

II. Installation
1.The matters that need attention
When the crane is delivered to the required site, care should be given to unloading and hauling work so that the parts will not be twisted, bent, crushed and damaged in other accidents. The machine shall be stored in stable place and the ground shall be solid to prevent the ground from sinking and gird from deforming. When the crane needs to be installed, the user shall organize working staff concerned to carefully study the drawings so that the errors and defects caused by improper transportation and storage. Besides, special attention shall be given to the defects in metal mechanism divisions whose defects shall be corrected before installation.
2、大车运行机构已经在制造厂配好，并经试验运转，门式起重机大车运行机构随下横梁一起发运，大车运行机构在起重机组装完后应根据下列条件进行安装检查。

（1）检查运行机构时，应以主动轮外侧面为基准。

（2）每个车轮端面对钢轨的对称垂直面的不平行差≤L/1000（L为长度）且两主动（或被动）车轮的不平行方向应相反。

（如下图）
2. Cart running gear has been tested and experienced test run. The trolley running gear of gantry crane is shipped and delivered together with bottom end rail and after installation of the crane the trolley running gear will be installed and inspected in accordance with the following requirements.
(1) When the running gear is inspected, exterior side of the driving wheel shall be used as the benchmark.
(2) The error of symmetrical vertical plane between the wheel end face and steel rail shall be equal or less than L/1000 (L is the length) and the mal-alignment directions of the driving wheels (driven wheels) shall be opposite. (see the following drawing)

3、电气设备安装
电气设备的安装，电线与电线管的敷设，应按所附的电气原理图、配线图、电气总图，以及本章规定进行。

应特别注意电气设备的安装质量，必须由熟练的电工与钳工进行安装。

安装前应详细地熟悉上述电气图与技术条件，了解电气图各允许的相互作用和操纵原理以求能迅速地处理安装及试车中所发生的问题。

3. Installation of the electrical equipment
The operation of electrical equipment, laying of electrical wires and wiring tubes shall be carried out in accordance with relevant requirements of electrical schematic diagram, distribution diagram, general drawing of electrical engineering and this chapter.
Special attention shall be given to the installation quality of electrical equipment which shall be performed by skilful electricians and bench workers, who shall, before the installation, be familiar with the details of the above electrical diagram and technical conditions and know well about the allowable interactions and manipulation mechanism of the electric diagrams so that the problems in the test run can be quickly tackled and settled.
三、架设
1、注意事项
门吊架设前必须严格根据下列轨道安装技术要求检查安装质量。

（1）起重机一般说来属于大型设备之列，其体重多为10-90吨或更重。

因此安装架设工作应由专业部门，即安装工程公司负责进行，对厂矿企业中有专业架设工种的必要时也可自行安装架设。

（2）起重机架设前必须严格的根据下列轨道安装技术要求（参照图1-1）检查安装质量，并将实际测量的结果记录在“设备档案卡”上。

III. Erection
1. The matters that need attention
Before the erection of the hanging bracket, the following technical requirements of track installation shall be strictly followed to inspect the installation quality.
(1) In general, a crane belongs to large scale equipment which weighs between 10 to 90 tons or heavier so its installation and erection shall be performed by professional department, that is, professional installation project company. Mines and other enterprises that have their own installation professional technician can perform the installation and erection by themselves.
(2) Before the erection of the hanging bracket, the following technical requirements of track installation (referred to Figure 1-1) shall be strictly followed to inspect the installation quality and the actual results of measurement shall be recorded in “Equipment Archives”.

对于大车导电架用电缆卷筒的吊钩门吊，以大车行程中点为原点，向两运行时即放缆，向中间运行时收缆，放缆是靠大车拖动，收缆是靠电动机带动卷筒缠绕，当起重机运行到中点时，通过向开关使电动机停止工作，为了使电缆与大车运行速度协调，利用力矩矩擦盘调节，磨擦盘力矩大小靠调整螺栓调节，电缆本身所受力不宜过大，一般拉力保持在16-18公斤为宜，以免拉断。

As far as lifting hook of cart conductive frame with cable drum is concerned, the midpoint of trolley route can be taken as the original point and the cable can be lowered when the trolley runs towards both ends while the cable can be drawn back when it runs towards the midpoint. The cable is lowered by the trolley while cable drawing is realized by winding of coiling block driven by electric motor. When the crane runs to the midpoint, the motor can be stopped by turning on or off the switch. Coordination of the cable and running speed of the trolley can be adjusted by moment grinding disk, whose value can be adjusted by adjusting bolt. The load-carrying on the cable shall not be too big. In general, its pull shall be limited within 16-18 kilos to prevent the cable from being broken.
五、机构的润滑
起重设备润滑情况的好坏，直接影响起重机各机构的正常运转和生产工艺流程的正常运行，对延长机件寿命和促进安全生产有密切关系。

因此，使用和维护人员必须经常检查各润滑点的润滑情况，按时补充和更换润滑油脂。

V. Lubrication of the mechanisms
The quality of lubrication of the hoisting equipment will exert a direct effect on smooth operation of different mechanisms of the crane and normal operation of technological process of production and is closely related with extension of lifespan of the machine parts and safety production. Therefore, the working staff and maintenance personnel shall frequently inspect the quality of each lubrication point and lubricating grease shall be replenished and replaced in time.
（1）起重设备润滑点的分布Distribution of each lubrication point in the crane
1、吊钩滑轮轴。

（2）起重设备必须采用合适的润滑油脂，定期润滑和及时更换，润滑装置和各润滑点必须保持清洁。

表2-1是各机构主要零部件润滑时间和一般规定和推荐用的润滑材料。

(2) Proper lubrication grease shall be used and replaced in hoisting equipment on a regular basis and lubrication equipment and each lubrication node shall be kept clean. In table are listed lubrication time, some general rules and recommended lubrication materials.

六、运转试验
VI. Operational test
（一）试车前的准备和检查
1、关闭全部电流，按图纸尺寸及技术要求检查各联接件连接是否牢固，各传动机构装配是否精确和灵活，金属结构有否变形，钢丝绳在滑轮和卷筒上的缠绕情况。

2、检查起重机的安装架设是否符合安装架设的有关规定。

3、电气设备方面必须在完成下列工作后才能进行试车。

（1）用兆欧计检查电路系统和所有电气设备的绝缘电阻；
（2）有断开动力线路的情况下，检验操纵线路接线的正确性和所有操纵设备的转动部分是否灵活可靠（必要时进行润滑）；
（3）电气设备应工作正常，其中必须特别注意电磁铁，限位开关，安全开关和其它开关的工作可靠性。

(I) Preparation and check before test run
1. All electric currents shall be turned off and working staff shall check whether every connecting part is solid in accordance with the size and technical requirements listed in the drawing; whether the installation of every transmission mechanism is precise and flexible; whether there are any deformations in the metal mechanism; and whether wire rope can be wound properly on the pulley and coiling block.
2. Check whether the installation and erection of the crane are carried out according to relevant requirements.
3. Test run can be conducted on electric equipment after the following work is done.
(1) Check the insulation resistance of electrical system and all the electrical equipment with megohmmeter;
(2) With disconnection of power line, Check the correctness of connection of controlling circuit and flexibility and reliability of rotation part of maneuvering apparatus (if necessary, lubrication grease can be used).
(3) The electrical equipment shall run normally and special attention shall be given to the check of the reliability of electromagnet, limit switch, safety switch and other switches.
（二）无负荷试车
1、经外部检查及用手转动起重机各机构，一切都正常后进行无负荷试车。

2、按下列程序试验大车和葫芦机构。

（1）用手转动制动轮，当最后一根被动轴旋转一周时，所有传动机构都应平稳转动，不得有卡住现象。

（2）然后开动电动机使起重机先慢速运行几次，再以正常速度进行，此时机构的所有部分都应平稳地工作，没有振动冲击现象。

（3）沿行程全长往返运行三次来检查大车和葫芦运行机构。

（4）在无负荷情况下进行吊具上升终点开关的试验。

(II) Test run without load
1. Test run with load can be performed after all the external checks are finished and every mechanism of the crane can be moved by hand.
2. The cart and hoist mechanism can be tested accordance with the following procedures:
(1) Turn the brake wheel by one revolution by hand till the last driven shaft and all the transmission gear can be turned smoothly without being stuck.
(2) And then turn on the electric motor to operate the crane at a slow speed, followed by normal speed, during which each part shall operate smoothly without vibratory shock.
(3) Operate the hoisting equipment to and fro for three times to check the trolley and hoist mechanism.
(4) Test the limit switch without load at the end of the hoisting equipment.
（三）负荷试车
无负荷试车情况正常之后，方允许进行负荷试车。

负荷试车分静、动两种，先进行静负荷试车，再进行动负荷试车。

(II) Test run with load
After the testing of test run without load is conducted successfully, test run with load is permitted, which includes static test first and operational text next.

1、负荷试车的检验内容
（3）制动器应动作灵活，工作可靠。

（4）减速器无噪声。

（5）润滑部分的润滑性应良好，轴承温度升高不超过规定。

（6）各机构部件应平稳，无振动现象。

如有缺陷时，应在修理好缺陷后再进行试验。

1. Contents of test run with load
(3) The brake shall operate flexibly and reliably.
(4) Reducer shall operate without noise.
(5) Lubricity of every lubricating part shall be good and temperature rise in the bearing shall not exceed the specified value.
(6) Every mechanism shall be stable and is free from oscillation.
If there are any defects, the crane shall be tested after the defects are repaired.
2、静负荷试车
葫芦起升额定负荷，在桁架全长上往返运行几次之后，将葫芦开到桁架（支腿上）一端，在量柱上划出零位线（即此时梁的实际高度）。

对于门式起重机将葫芦开到桁架中部与悬臂端部，用起重钩或其他起升设备并将等于额定重量的重物升到一定的高度（一般为100毫米），空悬10分钟，此时测量主梁的下挠度，门式起重机桁架中部下挠度不应超过跨度的1/700，悬臂端部（重物重力线通过处）不应超过工作臂长1/300。

额定负荷试车合格后作超额定负荷25%的试车，超负荷试车可连续三次，以第三次的结果为准。

2. Test run with static load
The hoist is lifted with rated load and run several times along the truss. And then the hoist is driven to one end of the truss (landing leg) and zero line is marked on the measuring column (the actual height of the truss).
For gantry crane, the gantry shall be driven to the middle of the truss and the end of cantilever. An object with rated weight can be lifted to a certain height (about 100 mm in general) by lifting hook or other hoisting equipment for ten minutes. Descending deflection of the girder can be tested, which shall not be bigger than 1/700 of the span and which shall be not bigger than 1/300 of the working arm at the end of the cantilever (through the line of gravity of the object).
After the test run with rated load is completed, test run with load exceeding 25% of the rated load, which can be operated three times, and the results of the third time shall prevail.
3、动负荷试车
（1）静负荷试车结果良好方可作动负荷试车。

（2）动负荷试验是在超额定负荷10%下作反复起升和下降试车且在这一负荷下作运行机构试车和作大车、葫芦运行的终点开关试验。

3. Test run with moving load
(1) After the test run with static load is completed successfully, this test can be preceded.
(2) Test run with moving load is conducted with exceeding 10% of the rated load and the crane rises and lowers repeatedly to test each mechanism, cart, hoist and limit switches.
4、电气部件试验规定与检查项目
（1）起重机各机构作连续反复运转的时间不应超过15分钟，因此，试验时各机构宜交替运转，只有当机构完全停止后才允许。

4. Requirements for testing electrical parts and checking items
(1) The test run of every mechanism and part shall not exceed 15 minutes. Therefore, alternative operation of every mechanism is allowable when the mechanism stops completely.。
