Contract Renewal Agreement
This Contract Renewal Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of ____________ (the "Effective Date") by and between ____________ (the "Landlord") and ____________ (the "Tenant").
1. Renewal Term. The Landlord and Tenant agree to renew the lease agreement dated ____________ (the "Original Lease") for an additional term of
