中药灵芝补肺汤治疗支气管哮喘临床研究

【摘要】 目的 评价中药灵芝补肺汤治疗支气管哮喘 (简 称 哮 喘)的 疗 效 及 安 全 性。 方 法 选 择 符 合标准的哮喘患者552例,随机分为观察组277例和 对 照 组 275 例,观 察 组 采 用 常 规 治 疗 + 灵 芝 补 肺 汤 每日1剂,对照组 采 用 常 规 治 疗 + 安 慰 剂,疗 程 12 周,按 中 药 新 药 研 究 指 导 原 则 于 治 疗 前 后 进 行 临 床 症 状、体征、各种理化检查从而进行安全性检测以及 疗 效 评 估。结 果 观 察 组 有 12 例、对 照 组 有 3 例 患 者 出现轻度腹胀、胃部不适,经过对症 治 疗 未 影 响 观 察,所 有 患 者 未 发 现 其 他 与 该 中 药 治 疗 相 关 的 不 良 反 应,患者血常规、尿常规及肝、肾功能、心 电 图 均 无 异 常;治 疗 后 患 者 症 状、体 征 评 分、肺 功 能 以 及 各 种 理 化指标均有明显改善,治疗前后比 较 差 异 有 统 计 学 意 义;观 察 组 明 显 优 于 对 照 组,两 组 比 较 在 多 项 指 标 上差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。 根 据 疗 效 判 断 标 准,观 察 组 总 有 效 率 为95.7%,对 照 组 为93.1%,两 组比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。但从两组的临床控制及无效例 数 比 较,观 察 组 明 显 优 于 对 照 组, 两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 中 药 灵 芝 补 肺 汤 对 于 哮 喘 之 肺 气 亏 虚,内 有 蕴 热 证 的 治 疗 效 果 良 好 、安 全 性 高 ,是 哮 喘 慢 性 持 续 期 良 好 的 补 充 和 辅 助 治 疗 。

No abnormal parameter was reported in the routine examination on blood urine,hepatic function,renalfunction,and electrocardiogram. The clinical symptoms,sign scores,pulmonaryfunction and otherphysicalindex ofthe patientsaftertreatment showedsignificantlyimprovementinthetwogroups,with95.7% effectiverateinthegroupofpatients whoreceivedthedecoctionand93.1% effectiverateinthegroupofpatientswhoreceivedplacebo (P > 0.05).However,someindexesinthepatients whoreceivedconventionaltherapy plus"Ganoderma tonifyinglungdecoction" wassignificantlybetterthanthatofthepatients whoreceivedconventional therapyplusplacebo (P <0.05).Conclusions Conventionaltherapyplus"Ganodermatonifyinglung decoction"issafeandeffectivetotreattheasthmaticpatientswithlungQiastheniaandinnerfever.This decoction mightbeusefulasasupplementarytherapyforasthmaticpatientsinthechronicpersistent period.
