本节课动物单词的复数形式是本课的重点也是难点，由于学生对于小动物十分喜欢，对于单词导入有很大的帮助，所以教师利用多媒体图片来让学生感受单词。
教学目标
1、听懂、会说、拼写单词:ducks,pigs,sheep,cows,geese.
2、能在实际情景中运用What are they? They are...句型。

动物一直是人类的好朋友，也是孩子们的最爱，因此本课主要围绕“介绍并了解小动物”这一中心展开的会话，培养学生用恰当的日常用语来介绍，询问某种事物从而表达自己的需求，激发学生对大自然的热爱之情，帮助学生养成爱护动物的好习惯。
三、Group work
1、Look at the picture, listen carefully . What are they talking about?
2、Listen again and repeat.
3、Read the dialogue after the teacher.
4、Role play and make a new dialogue.
