成都绿地中心T1塔楼巨型柱模架安装技术

1 工程概况 成都绿地中心T1塔楼建筑高度达468m,采用
巨型框架+核心筒的抗侧力结构体系。其中巨型柱 在每层为1根向外倾斜+1根向内倾斜形式交错布 置。巨型柱截面随楼层升高逐渐减小，直径变化从 2 800mm到1 200mm,柱最大倾斜角度为里7。、外 4。。本文对成都绿地中心T1塔楼地上16根外框巨 型柱爬模系统的安装技术进行介绍。T1塔楼施工 如图1所示。
Abstract: The whole hoisting technology of giant column formwork system in Chengdu Green Center Tower T1 is introduced. Considering the requirement of elevation building, the peripheral columns of the Tower T1 are arranged staggered with an outward inclined interval and an inward inclined interval at each floor. According to the characteristics of the giant column , the requirements for the installation site of the formwork are introduced at first. The labor plan and time plan of formwork and frame assembling and lifting measures are explained. The platform composition of the formwork climbing system for giant columns is introduced. The construction technology and construction steps of formwork installation are emphatically expounded. The key points of construction technology are introduced from the aspects of ground assembly, installation of embedded parts, integral lifting of frame, installation of giant column formwork , installation of safety protection and installation of hydraulic system. 本项目采用轻量化装配式巨型柱液压自提升 爬模系统。该系统具有结构质量小、结构单元设置 灵活、适应性好、装拆方便、重复利用性好等特点。 2模架安装准备 2.1 场地规划
