【摘要】目的：研究高龄胃癌根治性全胃切除术后护理干预效果。

方法选取2012年6月～2015年8月在我院进行根治性全胃切除术治疗的高龄胃癌患者作为研究对象，将40例患者简单随机分为两组，每组20例患者。

其中，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上进行护理干预。

对比两组高龄胃癌患者的并发症发生情况。

结果观察组高龄胃癌患者的并发症发生情况少于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论护理干预根治性全胃切除术后的高龄胃癌患者，有利于并发症发生率的降低。

%Objective To study the effect of elderly gastric cancer after radical total gastrectomy nursing intervention. Methods This study selected the object of study for June 2012 to August 2015 in our hospital during the period of treatment with radical total gastrectomy of gastric cancer in aged patients, 40 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. Among them, a group of patients with routine nursing (control group), another group in the control group on the basis of nursing intervention (observation group). Compared to two groups -the complications in patients with gastric cancer. Results Observation group of elderly patients with gastric cancer patients with complications is less than control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in elderly patients with gastric cancer after radical total
gastrectomy, which is advantageous to the lower incidence of complications.
