急性脑梗死患者B型脑钠肽的变化及其临床意义

【摘要】目的探讨急性脑梗死患者的B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平及其临床意义.方法选择急性脑梗死患者45例为研究对象,35例健康人为对照组,测定其血BNP水平,分析血BNP水平和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分与预后的相关性.结果急性脑梗死组血浆BNP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且患者神经功能缺损越严重,BNP水平越高;大面积脑梗死组血BNP水平明显高于非大面积脑梗死组
(P<0.01);而不同梗死部位血BNP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论血浆BN P水平可能与脑卒中患者病情相关.%Objective To investigate the plasma level of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and the clinic significancein the patients with acute cerebral infarction .Methods Forty-five hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction and thirty-five healthy persons were enrolled in the study .Plasma level of BNP was examined and the relationship between BNP and NIHSS score with prognosis of acute ischemic stroke were analyzed .Results The levels of BNP in patients with acute cerebral infarction were higher than those of healthy cases ,and the difference was significant (P<0.01) ,and the more severe of the defect ,the higher level of the BNP .The plasma level of BNP in patients with large infarction area were significantlyhigher than thosewith small infarction area(P<0.01) ,but there was no significant difference in plasma level of BNP
in different infarction areas (P>0.05) .Conclusion The levels of BNP may be associated with severity of acute cerebral infarction .
