◆教学情景导入
Good morning, class. Through learning the unit, we have three meals a day of expression. We have known about the English-speaking countries in the most common food and drink's name. Learn some Western eating habits and use simple English in the restaurant when to chat. Let us consolidate it out.
◆教学过程设计
Step1. 1. Sing “Do You Know the Donut Man?”
Act the dialogue out in Lesson 31.
Step2. Play the Game:
The teacher writes some fruit, food and drink words on some pieces of paper. Ask one student to come to the front to get a piece of paper. Then explain what it is in English to the students. The students who guess the correct answers are winners.
Step3. Play and Race
Let some students count numbers from 1-20. The students who make mistakes can sit down. So at last the students who still stand are the winners. Among several teams, choose the best one.
Step4. Ask students to give a report:
I get up in the morning. Then I have breakfast. …
Step5. Talk about meals:
What do you have for breakfast/ lunch/ supper?
Do you have eggs, milk and bread everyday?
What do you like in the western food?
Step6. Discuss the project
If today is your birthday, you will invite others to go to the restaurant. What will happen? Make up a dialogue and write it down.
Divide the class into several groups. Read the dialogues each other. Then discuss together. Choose the best one to read in front of the class.
Step7. Finish the questions in lesson 32.
If they have difficulties, the teacher can use flashcards to help them to understand and remember.
Step8. Come to the activity book.

●教学反思
要培养学生的发散和创新思维能力,首先要吸引学生的注意力。
中学生的自觉听课意识还不够强,注意力比较容易分散。
要延长学生的听课时间,就要利用一些生动的图片﹑形象的肢体语言﹑有趣的课堂游戏以及多媒体教学手段,充分调动学生的学习兴趣。
其次,在奠定了基础知识的条件下,通过创设模拟的情景,使学生身临其境,成为课堂中的小主人,变被动为主动,变客体为主体。
从原来的“老师教什么,学生学什么”变成现在的“学生想学什么,要学什么”,让学生自己来发掘问题,解决问题,真正成为教学过程中的主体。
我采用在课堂教学中创设模拟的生活情景,把英语教学同日常生活相结合,让学生在体验生活的同时,激发学生的发散思维,提高运用英语来交际的能力。
因为只有让学生了解了我们所学的知识如何在实际生活中运用,他们才会发现知识的有效性和单纯学习课本上的这几句简单的句型,是远远满足不了实际生活中人与人之间语言交流的需要的。
于是,他们会把想说的或者想学的,不能用英语表达的内容告诉我,这时我便依据教学大纲,结合学生的需要积极引导,系统扩充,“领航”学生找到正确的途径,通向更广阔的知识领域。
