【摘要】The common issues in fore-spinning quality management for cotton spinning enterprises were briefly bing the practical production,the keys for daily quality management work in each process were introduced in detail from the raw material,process,equipment,running management and so on.Examples were listed for analyses.Solutions and suggestions were put forward purposefully.It is considered that stable in-crease of quality for semi-finished product and finished product could be ensured by focusing the daily manage-ment work in fore-
spinning,effectively solving detail problems in practical production in time,setting out relative management measures and ensuring feasible the implement.%浅析棉纺企业前纺质量管理中常见问题。

结合生产实际，从原料、工艺、设备和运转管理等方面，分工序具体介绍了日常质量管理工作的重点，并列举实例进行了分析，有针对性提出了解决办法和建议。

认为：重视前纺日常管理工作，及时有效解决实际生产中遇到的具体问题，并制定相应的管理措施，予以切实贯彻执行，可保证前纺半成品质量以及成品质量的稳定提高。
