一次性摄入的
单词总量再大，到最终真正能够记住的单词却并不多，因为人的大脑没法在短时间
内消化掉那么多新的信息。

所以，考生需要重复记忆法。

重复记忆法就是依据艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线，为了防止背过的单词被遗忘，每天利
用不同的时段循环记忆单词，以此到达稳固加深记忆的效果。

过万词汇怎么记，6大花式记忆法来帮助
进行重复记忆的方法
我在此建议各位考生每天分4个时段背单词，每次背单词的时间不超过1个小时，具体的操作方法以每天背2个list红宝书单词为例。

第1个时段可以选取在早上8点到9点之间。

大家可以在早上8点到9点的时候先刷一遍单词，这样做的目的在于区分认识和不认识的单词，并且把不认识的单词进行第一次概念性的记忆。

第2个时段可以选取在下午1点到2点之间。

在第2次背单词的过程中，重点针对的是第一遍筛选出来的不认识的单词，对这些单词进行深度记忆。

第3个时段可以选取在黄昏6点到7点之间。

在第3次背单词的过程中，考生要做的是对仍旧不认识的单词进行重点记忆，对刚刚背下来的单词进行稳固记忆。

第4个时段可以选取在晚上11点到12点之间。

在第4次背单词的过程中，考生的主要目标是查漏补缺，把白天背过的单词进行最终一遍记忆，把仍旧没有背下来的单词继续背诵，并且做好重点标记。

重复记忆的留意事项
关于重复记忆法，大家务必留意的一点是，2个list单词通过一天4个时段的背诵之后，背诵工作并没有就此结束。
